  • We review the Kson manual tracker mount with slow motion controls, the Kson f/5 80mm x 400mm ring less refractor and the Kson starter eyepiece pack.
We also compare the Kson 3 element eyepieces with the saxon starter equivalents.
    All items available at www.astrodog.com.au
Starter pack available for $99 with any telescope only.

This particular mount is very Universal - so you can just slide in a vixen style plate and it will work. A lot of scopes natively have some sort of vixen mounting. If not, you can measure the outer diameter of your scope and get rings, which are connected with a plate.

Hey, loosen the mount knobs so that you can make major movements to find targets. The slow motion controllers are purely for tracking. With this design, you need to "rewind" them after tracking for a while. Did you buy the unit from us? Regardless, I'll give you a hand - email me and I'll get new, smooth tracker controllers you can replace for free. :D We'll look after you.
