I have this watch, it’s awesome. My battery light started blinking. They honestly should have made this watch solar powered like so many other tough Casio watches. We the customer would have paid extra for that function. I don’t even wear my G-Shocks anymore after grabbing this Protrek.

Thank you for this---will all of my information on the watch be lost when I change battery? It says "recover" when I try to sync and worry I will lose the not yet backed up steps on step tracker.

FYI. For some (maybe all), the little spring in the watch case might fall out. Located on the video at 1:13 and on the back of the watch with the cover removed at 4:00. A little brass spring about 8 mm long. Careful or you'll lose it.
