Lemme help you all out Q50S 3.7 owner here that's been through it and ever since I help all my Q homies supe up their whips to not be stolen. A short explanation: Visual anti-theft is the best anti-theft, they want it fast and easy 99% of the time they won't attempt if visuals are included. The harder you make it LOOK like the better, the harder you make it to steal your car the better but the likelihood of someone taking their time is if you aren't around or it's 3-4am depending in your city.
Besides that, the steering wheel lock will get bypassed, it's a great deterrent VISUALLY but won't stop someone from taking a Q.
A killswitch will be found DEPENDING where it's at never put it somewhere easy such as putting it under your steering wheel you'd basically lose your car.
Software killswitch will be bypassed by reprogramming your cars ECU (if they have time or access your OBD2 port).
A signal blocking key fob case or box etc doesn't do jack due to the new tech all they need access to is your OBD port and know your make/model/year.
Please do not get kill switches off Amazon and if you get it at a shop confirm where they get it as thieves are aware of that too!
Don't keep anything in your car unless it can be securely locked and stay with your vehicle or will be there for a short time in an attempt of it trying to be removed. Keeping your PC locked in your trunk with the small seat locked and your trunk button set to off won't stop them from seeing it still as there is videos on the internet on how they still see your devices.
Let's be cheap: drivers side small window sticker stating there is a camera, security system or anti-theft installed (ironically this actually works), a hidden kill switch and if your tuned get an OBD Blocker or remove it in general if you'd like. A steering wheel club and MAYBE A dash cam front to back that records at all times hardwired t your battery. BAM good enough.
Let's be expensive: Battery, Fuel Pump, Starter, and Software killswitch in different locations or wirelessly accessible, front to back 24/7 dash cam, window sticker indicating anti-theft, wheel locks (not cheap ahh ones), a GPS that pings or live GPS but that will require a hidden hotspot in your car and hardwire to your battery. Airtags suck and tiles are somewhat better but those are good cheap alternatives.
My way: I get in/out of my car like a tesla using an RFID card. That method requires deep digging in hacker forums of tech guys doing random cool stuff to their rides.
    Respectfully, ME.
This information is provided through my experiences of being violated myself, 2 members of my family getting their rides jacked, a few of my car buddies and my hate for thieves.

@@jayhawker931 Those cars are so fun (B58's don't matter whic rideit's in), my friend has a 328I and it's fun, looks new, sounds good, great aftermarket support, big community, a really good daily and the tech is up-to-date. Downside is cost as i'm the type of person to not like payments but it's shiny!

What also helps is turn off all the Electricos's that allow you to open the car by sensing the key
