    I bought my unit litle over a year ago. For the past few months it is not working properly: it does not shut off whenthere is no movement. I have changed the batteries, reprogrammed the fixture, and adjusted various parameters (distace of movement, time to turn off after certin time). What may be going on? How to reconfigure the settings? Am I doing something wrong?

    The buzzing is annoying. If I can't find a solution will send this back.

      If you're hearing a buzzing or humming sound, I assume it is wired to a dimmer switch. The light should not be wired to a dimmer switch.

      I had a dimmer on mine removed the dimmer buzzing went away

      @@esja2074 I removed my dimmer but now it makes a Suttle light buzz not as loud.

    The diffuser cover won't turn, so I can't install it. Elegant.

    Mine was up about 10 months, took down to rotate it - cannot get the lense (the white diffuser) off of the unit - suggestions?

    If you have 2 in close proximity can the remotes be set to different frequencies or will the remote by default control both?

      Hello The Loyal Team, that's a great question and based on my knowledge of the remote control that we are using, it is IR Sensor which requires you to point directly at the fixture in order to be controlled. I don't see any reason why the frequency would be different from one remote to the next, but I personally have never tried controlling more then one fixture at a time. KODA

    The motion detector part does not work and after lowering the brightness, can't get it bright again. Other things work with remote.

    Do the settings for the motion control and ambient light get reset when you turn the light switch off manually?

      No, the light retains the last setting entered.

      It is not recommended to install without ground wire.
