Im an American and i keep a Cape Coral, and i keep a gorgeous Gabby... i have 14 vials of South African Polyvalent, that are expired by 4-5 years now. Do you have any ideas as to why there's such a shortage of antivenins coming out of Africa?
Howzit. There was a huge shortage a little while ago from our side, but the stocks are back and being produced more efficiently now thankfully. I'm not sure what the process is on your side to acquire it, but I can't imagine they get a lot of it because the antivenom isn't for a native species. Maybe try get in contact with a supplier who can import it? Unfortunately, I'm not too clued up with this side of it 👎
