- Kazakhstan is a huuuuge country so to get anywhere from the caspian sea coast was going to take a long time. The city I wanted to visit - Turkistan - was 35hours away! It had been a really long time since I'd done a sleeper train so it was an interesting experience and it was all worth it in the end.

I’m nimi, a solo traveller from the UK. I love to make videos so I am documenting my journey as I explore other cultures, history and landscapes around the world.
Alike the survival pack you get in U K hospital apart from that shoe horn .Definitely useful but not the snoring .O m g You must have felt like a bit of chewed string on your arrival 😂
as a guy i wouldnt have the guts to go to kazakhstan on my own... i definitely respect your courage!
What an amazing journey! Landscape is incredible.
It is! And so different to the part of the country I’m in now 😁
Any chance of a half hour video? 😀I personally find I am just getting into them after 10-15 minutes then they cease! 🤔👍
@@chrisjolly6954 that is a great suggestion and I definitely want to try doing longer videos!! 😀
The random shoe horn 🤣🤣
😂😂😂 well you never know when you might need one!
Night best experience
@@yerbolkistaubayev8144 it was a good experience in the end 😅

Jeepers 😮 what a trip! Thank goodness you had Uzbek Del Boy to keep you company 😅 what a hoot, and hey, now you’re engaged 😂 love the ring 💍😆
Oh man, that was some journey! You made it finally and that’s the main thing ❤ a great watch, as always 🥰 made me laugh a few times ❤
He was a hoot! 😂 the whole thing was totally worth it to be honest 😂 thanks for watching!!❤❤
@@madmousetales oh I bet, even if just for the laughs 😂❤️
What did you think of Turkestan? We stayed in this enormous and very posh hotel (it cost peanuts!) in the New Town area but the whole area was completely deserted. There were a lot of huge apartment blocks that appeared to be completely empty. We loved the Old Town with the enormous historic mosque.
I loved it! I stayed in a homestay type place for £10 a night 😊
😂Oh my, you're definitely slightly crazy in the nicest sense , but what an adventure, you will have to write a book
Well that’s why it’s called mad mouse tales 😂
I suppose you'd have a pretty captive audience for your sales on a train. That landscape is very flat and empty... it's fascinating the different conditions people live under.
@@cpoco yeah true!! I’ve done a couple more journeys since then and seen quite a few vendors. Landscape is fascinating yes, and I’ve now travelled east a bit more and it’s completely different! Thanks for watching 😁
omg you have got a patience threshold that i just do not possess with your room mate lol, i think him playing shit karaoke machines would have brought out the absolute worst in me. Though the snoring would've sent me over the edge. Fair play to you. Youre the best - miss you love you mad mouse xxxxx
@@francesbale1409 😆😆😆 it’s all part of the experience! I miss you too ❤️❤️
