Like he said someone goes you’re worthy and he just gets rid of the passing on part so we can have like a I dojo of one for all users

I think when you pass OFA on, the quirk itself is passed, along with all of the power it's stockpiled. But a copy of the stockpile is left behind, aka, all might now has a finite pool of strength to draw on until it runs out, and "the last vestiges of OFA leave his body". Which would mean if you kept passing OFA around the world, you would have one person who has that stockpiled strength going into every punch they throw, and everyone else has that stockpiled strength to siphon off of until it runs out.
Well he did but he could’ve done better but I guess it was because not many people knew he was the fourths son so if he had too much favoritism towards Naruto it would be pretty sus and people would suspect something was up so they would try to figure it out and maybe succeed and Villages would come after Naruto and bad things would happen to his village too so yeah.

I think this is somewhat of a good idea cuz I like op people but still works hard to get strong and he has a lot of talent but sometimes he still struggle to win and sometime rage
