What a great surprise! Great to see you are doing well. I’ve been enjoying your videos for years. I think I will get one of these for my club layout which uses Digitrax. I can’t stand the older buttons. I purchased an older style Throttle and within a few uses the buttons weren’t working properly. These new generation throttles look to be worth the investment. I totally get where you're coming from man, did you focus on stuff that takes hours Parker fold decoder install or bench work it just stops your motivation. I usually get around that by doing one evening stuff I basic freight car weathering or having set weekends wearing entire Sunday is devoted to work session. Keeps my interest up and keeps progress moving forward.
I've gotten really used to it. Consisting is still a bit weird, there are a few things I wish Digitrax would do differently with that, but once you learn how to work around the quirks, it's a really great throttle.

You changed the display setting to 7. How long does the display stay lighted now?
Still not long. It honestly didn't seem to change much at all. I didn't time it, but I'd say it's under a couple minutes still.
