Playing a greedy deck you are more afraid to lose those greedier decks. Losing to a tempo deck mostly is just 50/50 coin toss, do I have holy nova on 4 or can I draw a light bomb on 6. When you play a greedy control priest and queue against another priest sometimes you worry that, Holy shit, does he run Zola, or the 3 cost snip shot guy, can I beat that value? At last the greedy players get greedier and the tempo players get more aggressive.
Its like when he played dungeon run against the 300 HP bosses. He is so obsessed with waiting and getting the boardstate right so he can extract maximum value out of 1 card, even if he has a full, mana discounted hand haha
He barely played Svalna's vision the entire run, seems like Trump treated it like a value deck when he should've just gone full control in mitigating face damage and relied on the Visions for value. Of course, what else are we expecting from the Mayor of Value Town though xD
like the shaman board he could’ve cleared with holy nova + light bomb over 2 turns but instead played a black water despite being at 30 health with a heavy hand and knowing the opponent had a bloodthirst coming

The collosals might’ve also been too strong for one card but they were generally defensive in nature as stabilizers. This is just, damage, heal, a lot of damage, too boring and straightforward in my opinion.
If it makes you feel better, he's an entertainer at the end of the day, and indulges his greed cause we love to see the absurd bs he pulls off, or the treat of seeing him get crushed by his own hubris. Us audience existing makes these plays happen - if he was solo, no way would he play so absurdly greedy.

@@TheBarret89 You have plenty of removal in the deck to draw and sustain from behemoth. Also his turns were pretty weak it's doubtful he has a strong board fill. Either way better to live and see what u can do next turn than die.
@@atem8101 You can't play both Behemoth and a board clear. You'd have to hope Holy Nova clears most of it and you can survive without the heal from the Behemoth. And he wouldn't need a strong board fill. Around 7 attack across 3 minions would do the trick woth 0 damage in hand. Of course your play is correct if you KNOW that he has bloodlust, be he's drawn like 5 cards since Trump saw it in the deck, that's like around 25% that he has it. If he doesn't have it, you're in a much better position if you've kept lightbomb.

what kind of Arena Decks are those? Trump already has a quasi constructed Deck with his 4 Legos but some of the other Decks can not only keep up but even surpass him. Are we playing the same Hearthstone Arena? The cards I am offered usually look like this: wet Fart - Blizzards Middlefinger - Instruction on where to put B Middlefinger Well, I guess RNG just doesnt like me!
The amount of arena alts is just completely out of control, it's really taking interest out of the game mode and I suspect a lot of legit players are just gone or switched to bought accounts or farm their own alts. I used to gripe sometimes when facing legend cardbacks and clearly long-time players early on in the run, but nowadays it's the opposite where there's no legit players to be seen basically. There was at least 4 (maybe even 5?) china gold bot accounts in a row there, then some other sussy players with the cardback that you default to if you started the account during the Chinese invasion OR when racing for the first new leaderboard. Looking at VoDs from older years high win runs, it's just super obvious how fake these players on insane decks and clearly fresh accounts are. There wasn't A SINGLE OPPONENT who had anything but the default portrait and under 500 wins hero power, and one of the like 3 card backs you can have if you have started the account within a few months... That's ridiculous considering the level of decks and playing going on... There's so few legit looking players in arena it's ridiculous. And trying to play legit you are constantly disappointed because it takes easily 5+ drafts to get a draft that can fight at this level. And most drafts you make as a legit player end up looking really bad in stats, because so many bad runs are hidden by the playerbase now by instant retiring. Arena is now "Pay to have fun" and legit players are the suckers getting stomped by people abusing the system. Instant retiring of decks needs to go away, just remove the feature that warps the game.

It increases the overall power level of decks, making it difficult for other players to be competitive. It is no coincidence that half of the players you run into on US server since China's server went offline have names that are a bunch of random letters.
@@frostyyogurt2465 It depends somewhat on the time of day. If you watch this video, most of Trump's opponents were newer accounts with random letter names. Trump plays in the middle of the night in the US, which is midday in China. Now that you know what's happening, I'm sure you'll notice a lot of it in your next runs.

No point trying to push ladder with the piles he can make with his current collection. Arena is fun and helps to build up his cards until he can make a decent deck.
