I worked in the Kentucky Room of the Lexington Public Library for 28 years, and when you got to the Boyd County Public Library's local history room, I'm practically yelling at my computer monitor "Check the city directories!", "Check the Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps!" "Check any of the Images of America photography books for images of old Ashland!" Then boom, boom boom, you did all three. As you no doubt know well, local history collections of public libraries are extremely valuable resources for researching the paranormal. So many times, I had someone come into the Kentucky Room trying to find out more about their house and when you ask them if they were experiencing paranormal activity, see the relief pouring off of them that someone did not think they were crazy and believed them. I lift my Ale8 in salute to you.

As producers, great work! As actors, the camera likes you. As paranormal "research" (in contrast to scientific research) and parapsychology you know your turf, that's sure. But beware of too many synchronicities. When you hold a hammer the whole world will look like a nail. There is also the danger of a psychotic break, which I'm sure you are aware of. That makes you really brave, to delve deep, not in the mysteries of the world, but the mysteries of the mind! I saw Hellier, it was full of suspense! That's MY drug. This is even better. Keep up the good work, don't cross the limits, when you feel that strange itch in the heart, that small agony, let it go

@@USMCasper But that's his point, schizophrenia is already made up - though I believe it's a medically incomplete term, the delusions of psychosis are largely based on the person's paranoid beliefs.
Take you, for example; if you're so sure that these people are making everything up & causing their own apophenia, imagine if you had to reconcile the reality that your interpretation of the facts were completely wrong up to this point. Then apply this to every other conventional thinking; religion, psychology, biology, history, ethics, geopolitics, then come to terms with how you've been wrong your entire life, and to everyone you've engaged. And *_then_* apply more holistic events & exponentially paranormal experiences, you might just get a breakdown. Unless you've never been wrong in your life?
If it happens to marines, lawyers, tourists, even about the conventions of their *_own_* world, why couldn't it happen to us?

It's so odd and terribly sad that this woman has been here this whole time, ready to help, and no one bothered to listen to what she had to say or ask if she'd want to do so. i've always found the name 'indrid' to be an unusual one. and have often wondered, as have countless others, if it was an anagram. i now wonder about 'coner' and 'conard' as well. 'coner' most obviously - 'recon' : which means, the gathering of information. or crone: means - an old woman but also the last aspect of the triple goddess. then there's 'conard' - anagram-wise, 'dracon' - (a real person from antiquity in or around athens - 620 bc, he instituted the city's first written code of laws) means: dragon. also 'candor' - meaning to be frank, honest, and sincere.

Did anyone make the connection between season ones Estes session and Season 2 ep 2 Ashland KY with the words, flap, bridge, still water? These connect the Hellier Estes session, Terry’s codes as well as the areas / sign posts in Ashland. What’s most compelling is that an Estes session could be considered the only unstructured or random event that manages to fit or connect so clearly with the others. This for me is most interesting as the one bias issue being how we as humans ‘map’ our bias onto events, is countered by the technical randomness of Estes session results. On another note, still water, bridge may not be literally Still Water Bridge but rather related to still water as a time rather than an object or name ( when the water is still, frozen?) the bridge being a meeting place not unlike the original meeting between Indrid and Derenberger on a long stretch of road.

When doing environmental assessments I need to request these maps in order to see potential environmental hazards that may have been at a certain location in the past. I believe today the term is "Fire Mapping" which using digital software, but towns used to draw them by hand yearly. You should be able to find the houses location through these maps. Have you looked into the freindship case in Italy that quite bizarre as well. I've read a few of greenfields books the are quite interesting I'm a massive fan of keel as well the cosmic tricksters men in black moth man etc. I have built up my own theorys over the years reading books studying fringe topics I've had close encounters with ufos but it all stopped a few years back after I got scared after a particularly close encounter where I was followed home by a ufo type probe it really scared me after all that fear everything stopped. I don't think they connect with you if you show fear.
