Assetto Corsa- The Goodwood experiment

- This is part of the "Goodwood experiment" i've been trying to setup lately.
It comes with new AI cars with specific upgrades (Better torque at low RPMs, better sliding grip, shorter collidrs) so that you can finally have a decent race offline against the AI.
So, first things first, the track is Goodwood by Mantasisg, with the updates from Racinjoe13 : www.mediafire....
I'm driving the Lotus Cortina from the TC legends Bazza's pack. For the Mini, see this vid • Assetto Corsa - Stayin...
You'll find a crazy NeckFX specifically for it in the pdf, new settings are called "Tenso" (one for the Mini, one for the Cortina for now). I went way over the normal values to get more shakiness at high speed, and there's probably going to be new sets for the cars already set in the pdf soon.
Note that Pessio has some very specific values for head movments, so the NeckFX for the Minbi is stricly for this car :

I kept everyone around a 1.34-36 pace, with pure weather grip around 94 to 96%. This should give you some good offline racing, but i'm making a harder set if you find this one too easy. As usual, first lap doesn't count, and you should let the AI do its crap before actually challenging them. Also, for good fun, use a x4 tire wear.
The Alfa romeos may catch fire at some point, as well as the Cortinas. There's a small bug around lap 10 where some of the grid just teleport to pits and i'm still processing the issues. If the race ends in a weird bug where you're back to windows and you cannot drive more than 100 meters before it freezes, just take the 2 first cars on the list and bring them at the bottom.
The Cortina makes for a way better challenge than usual, but it's really with the Mini that you're gonna have the best fun. Note that you're supposed to run the Pessio Historic one to get those precious 5hp. I didn't try the TCL one yet.

Hello! How to make such realistic graphics in Asseto Corsa?
You need to suscribe and drop a thumbs up! Then you can access the description of the vid and download the NeckFX pdf. Inside it, if you've suscribed and have liked more than 5 of my vids, at the bottom, you get all the links and steps to get everything you need to setup.
Of course i'm always happy to troubleshoot my suscribers, so if you're having a little headache at some point feel free to reach me here.
For this vid i'm using the Tetri Sportivo ppfilter and the "Tetri Complete Tricks" Reshade preset. They're available in the New Filters Set.
What can I say? I'm sitting with my morning coffee , watching this crazy race, I have headphones on so I can hear the crowd cheering you on. Not sure why I am grinning like an idiot other for the fact, I#ve downloaded both track and cars, waiting for the download to finish then I'll see what damage I can with the beauty - appreciate the driving and the sharing bro - That was a sweet catch at the end too , 👍🏿👍🏿 from me!

@@benovichboucharenski mate, anything mid to late-60s would work. Touring cars or open wheelers - it doesn't matter. Your videos are always excellent.

Which resolution do you use and how do you make the fov look so good?
Playing in 2K. To answer your question, The Neckfx! I'm always using a 61-63 FOV on my vids. Slightly upper, aiming a little down to the road for speed sense. But mainly, it's the neckfx settings. If you're a suscriber and you've liked 5 of my vids i can share the whole listing with you😱😱!

It should be in now. Down to "Pessio Mini Cooper Historic". Note that this is a specific one, and it won't work with other cars. There's also a Tenso for the Lotus Cortina that might be easier to adapt to other cars. Use "CTRL+F" and then "Pessio historic" to search the pdf
Do the neck fx work alright with triple screens? Probably a silly question.
@@JustMamba Hmm i don't know. Might be a lot to deal with. You could give it a try (the "immersive" ones are a bit easier on the movments, but the Real Driver's exp are way more visceral) and, if too harsh, reduce the "Tilt with X" and "Tilt with Z" values, those are the ones that control everything in the end.
Mini's are too fast compared real Goodwood...
Sadly even I can get a solid 1.32.5 on the track using the Mini 125hp. This is related to the mods and what you can achieve in the sim.
The point here is to offer the possibility, offline, to have a decent race. Real lap times would not make sense to take into account if i'm already 6 seconds faster without proper training or setup.
Race looks still amazing - as you driving too...
