I love that you deliberately choose to do things to relax your self in the mist of challenge and that you truly understand that the path to growth is en rooted in a deep sense of gratitude for every opportunity given. 🥰🌸💖👏🏼🙏🏻

Yes of course you can get into NYU as an international student. The most important thing is delivering GREAT quality work in your audition. We can coach you - like we coached Sofia. Why don't we connect for 15min on Zoom about where you're at with preparation and scholarships and we can provide guidance on your best next steps. Hello! Can I ask if the SAT score was important regarding the final decision? Or do they care more about the resume as a whole? Thank you :)

They care MOST about your quality of work. SAT scores and grades matter more to some schools and less to others. Specifically, private schools like Juilliard and CalArts care less, whereas public schools like NYU and U of Minnesota care more because their reputation as an entire school is a bit more dependent on the average GPA of their student body. BUT...regardless if the school is public or private, you're only getting a callback if your acting is good. If your quality of work is low, grades won't help you get a callback. If your grades are low but your acting is great, they can make an exception. Always remember, top drama schools want actors with high artistic potential. Your ACTING is what you need to spend the most time focusing on in your prep. Hope that helps! If you have any more questions, email me at Anthony@howtogetintodramaschool.com
