Yes bhai. First I did ITI in fitter but after working 2 years in a private company as a fitter I understood that it was a big blunder for me to take ITI. Then I returned back to my home and again took admission in +2 and I became topper in the district. Then I took admission in Ravenshaw University (The top University of Odisha) and after I passed my graduation I started preparing for the government job. After 2 years of preparation I cracked a government job in Odisha. Now I'm working in Forest, environment and climate change department. Still I regret the waste of 4 years due to ITI.😢😢😢.

After passing out as onr gains experience more high paying opportunities opens up in Gulf and in West. One can aslo become entrepreneur with the gained experience. Engineering only from good institution is worth else not. Except the cream and some with good references all average students whether ITI or engineering graduate will have to go through struggle phase of low paying jobs, unsuitable job roles before achieving success and stability.
