Unfortunately you guys missed the best riding in Florida which is Ocala. rolling hills through the horse capital of the world. It’s beautiful proud to call it home. Great video as usual 👍🏻
This is the 4th motovlog I've seen about the 7-mile bridge and the Keys in the past few weeks! Epic!!! Keep ‘em coming, gents! I hope to run into you on the road someday. 🤘
Always enjoy riding to Key West. Ride down there about every two years. The traffic can be frustrating. Having lunch at No Name Pub on Big Pine Key is great.
It never ceases to amaze me how you guys always have time for your supporters to come up and say hello! Florida drivers: there are only 100 people in FL that can dive and they're just passing through from Georgia...jk...nk...The movie was True Lies if memory serves, this was one of the best KW ride vids out there...always real, always inspiring and as always "see ya down the road"
It's always a great time meeting supporters along the way and it's still kind of a trip when people recognize us out on the road! Thanks for tuning in🙌
Had to rewatch this video because I plan on doing this ride in the late fall. Beautiful ride along the Florida coast. I have a brother in Orlando so it will be a great to see him and enjoy the ride. Thanks for sharing your adventures!! ❤
Awesome! Sounds like you've got some fun adventures ahead. Does he have a bike for you or are you riding out/renting out there? Thanks for the support🙌
As a Florida resident. I agree the traffic from Miami to Key Largo is terrible. Drivers are just as bad. We opt for the 41 to 997 to 1 to avoid the traffic. Riding to Key West during the week is a bit better. Loved how you show the riding in my new home state. Originally from Utah, I love the riding in Utah but I love riding all year in Florida. Great series, keep them coming.
Yup, we figured a weekday and a different route around the city would be a lot better. We definitely enjoyed the different scenery out in FL! Thanks for tuning in, Chris! Glad you enjoyed it 👍
We found your sticker! My wife and I left Colorado on 4/16, and rode out to Key West. Saw it today. It’s been a great trip! Heading to Georgia tomorrow, then northwest from there, and west to home. Let me know how to send our pics of the find to you. 😉
@@2LaneLife We got back home yesterday and we are both exhausted! 34 miles shy of 5000. So, how do I go about sending you my pics of your sticker in Key West?
I am in minute 1:30… and though it would be good just to comment this.. you know a channel/episode is good when you truly look forward to it even from the intro.. that happened to me just now. You guy’s channel is an escape for us riders and maybe lots of nonriders too. Thank you!! Now back to watching ✌🏼😎
.. and to top it off, you finished eating Cuban cuisine. When you’re in Chicago area one day, hit me up, we’ll go riding around beautiful country roads around and I’ll make you authentic Cuban home made lechón 😎✌🏼 thanks for the great vibes guys!!!
Great vid! My wife and I visit Key West every year and I highly recommend you bring your wives when you return and spend as much time as you can in Key West. Great food, people, and fun times. Agree with FLA drivers though. Glad you made it back safe! Keep these vids coming and keep shaking hands with America!
I was in the Navy and stationed in Key West back in the mid-late 60's when ALL of the roads and bridges were only 2 lanes wide (no shoulders). I would ride up to Miami/Ft. Lauderdale on my '67 Triumph Bonneville every other weekend. The 90 mile leg between Key West and the mainland always took 3 1/2-4 hours due to traffic and fishermen (On the bridges, not the catwalks even though it was posted that was not legal!). Had to watch out for fish hooks when they were casting; great fun!
How cool that you guys made it to KW. That was my plan but I change my mind due to bad weather for the weekend the way back to Chicago. We’ve been going to KW since 2010 almost every year but I’ve never been with my bike. You definitely need more than two days to enjoy the island life, too far to go in and out. Next time say Hi to Fred on the old seven mile bridge As always, great videos! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
We're definitely glad that we were able to make that happen! Hopefully some more time in the books next time we find our way out there. Thanks for watching! 🙌
I am so glad you made it to FL. I know its different than the rest but that is the point... right?... It looks like you enjoyed it and I hope there is a next time and I hope to see you all down the road.
Great video guys. Myself and 3 friends went down to Daytona this year from Massachusetts. We road to Key West and spent 2 nights and then up to Daytona. This video captures our trip if I had the talent to record and edit! Agree with you 100% about the Florida drivers.
Glad you made it down to Key West! LOVE the ride and the vibe of the keys. You should also research the building on the Overseas Highway to Key West. Very interesting.
Florida riding is tough. No twisties, Heat, Humidity, and asshat drivers. Of course we have inherited an extra 350,000 people this last year from Cali and NY so …..Great Video again and yes when you come to the Keys, you need to stay a day or two to relax, bar hop, see some sites like Ernest Hemingway’s house, get some good cigars and fine Rum and just Chill.
Welcome to Miami, where the traffic anywhere is worse than NY and Boston. Great ride, next time though stop through my home town Ocala. Best kept secret for cycle riding in central FL.
Another awesome video guys, Ive always said that when I finally retire I want to ride across Canada and then head straight south and end up in the Keys.. now you have made me want that even more. Ive heard that traffic is stupid down there and obviously and sadly its true. but hopefully in the not to distant future i can make that happen.. cant wait for the next adventure. Cheers from the Great White North
Thanks for checking out the vid, Bill!! That sounds like quite the adventure, hopefully you can make it happen. Despite the traffic, still something to check off of the list 👍
I did that exact same thing as you guys just from Orlando. Rode down to the southern most point and back to Orlando in 15 hours.. great to see the keys for sure but I agree next time I am going to stay for a few days. ✌️
Well guys at least you didn't ride to Key West in the brutal summer heat in Florida. Traffic sucks the life out of the ride but at least you seemed to be moving and not stop and go. 👍
far as i'm concerned one of the best rides in the country, yes its flat and slow yes, but beautiful and relaxing. You should have stayed in the keys a few days, also you should have rode out into the Everglades and taken an airboat ride...maybe next time. Ride on!
Yup, definitely sounds like taking a few days to take it all in is the way to go. Thanks for watching, Bob! We hope to see the everglades sometime down the line
yuengling is the oldest brewery in america. you guys should come check out Lancaster County in Pennsylvania where the Amish are. there are tons of great bed and breakfasts and a great Harley Davidson dealership with a harley davidson museum attached to it. great riding roads and shit tons of incredible food
Myself and two other made that trip from Pa and back about a year ago. If you hit route 1 early mid week it’s not too hateful. But, totally agree about the drivers cutting you off.
I wish I could have met you guys when you were down here. I'm a motor officer in the Keys and I've been down here going on 20 years now. Unfortunately those of us that see the water every day take it for granted, but it is beautiful. The drivers in Miami, yeah I can't even begin to explain them. It would have been cool to ride with you guys for a few minutes. Ride safe gentleman and keep up the awesome video work Josh. Happy 4th fellas!
Thanks for the support, Jason! Sounds like things are going well. That doesn't sound like a bad office to be in! We'll be back that way sometime down the road😎
Hey fellas, I know you guys collect patches so I wanted to send you some. Is the mailing address on your 2lanelife website a good address to send them to? Ride safe!
@@jasonkeith50 Hey there Jason, we'd love that! Yes, that is the correct address. We'll be moving to a new warehouse in the same complex mid August, but we'll still have access to this one at least until the end of August. Thanks for the support!
Been in Miami for a year now working a job. I live in Oklahoma. I brought my 22 RG with me. Road the Keys 4 times now. First time was Dixie, huge mistake. 3-1/2 hour drive turned into 6. Most of Florida is not too bad with drivers. It’s Miami that’s the problem. I have never seen so many idiots on the road in my life. And I been to just about every state. I’ve seen idiots turn right from the far left lane cutting off 3 to 4 lanes of cars, several times and vice versa to the left. You can be bumper to bumper on a 12 lane highway doing 40 mph and watch some moron come from the far left, cut off everybody to exit the highway in the last 200ft from the exit. Most of the time traffic only moves at 5mph and nobody understands what the far left lane is for. Most of the time it’s at a standstill while the far right lane is moving faster. And the police are just as bad at driving. (Not even joking) Problem is most of the people in Miami are from some Latin country and don’t even have a drivers license and you’ll have a hard time finding someone who speaks English. Just a few days ago I had a van run down the shoulder as far as he could, to cut traffic, and forced his way back in by rubbing fenders with me. On purpose and kept going. Got tag number from a photo I took which turned out to be a fake paper tag. So yeah! These are the dumbest F-ing people I’ve ever seen.
Haha lived in Miami for 3 years and can confirm those frustrations. US-1 is a parking lot, I was riding there in February and I just split lanes anyway.
Next time check out Alabama Jack's. Best food in the keys. :) It used to be the coolest, old, biker bar in the keys. Someone had to tell you where it was. Now, thanks to the internet, it's just anther bar, but the food is still great !
Yup, that was on the list for our original plan but we ended up switching things up. One of our good buddies let us know about it. Thanks for tuning in, Griffin!🤘
I love the keys ride! I’m use to these Miami drivers, you need to ride at a faster pace then everyone. And lane split all the way till u get to key Largo.
Love it! I'm definitely lol about your thoughts on FL drivers, as a Jersey boy here, NJ drivers ain't much better. One of these days I'm going to get to the Keys.
Lol CA drivers are probably the same, but being that we can split and stay at a slightly faster pace than the flow of traffic, we feel a lot safer at home. Thanks for tuning in, David!
The traffic shouldn't be too bad on a weekday, we just went during the weekend so it was pretty busy. Definitely better to stay a few days and not try to make it down and back in a day. It can get hot during the summer, so make sire to bring some light layers or sunscreen!
yes, do not ride to Key West on a Friday, as you know, that sucks. I picked up a rentall and rode in on a Tuesday, it was a beautiful and relaxing ride. but no matter what day, the drivers in Miami are dangerous. but either way, i want to go back and do it again!
Definitely not the best route to get there, US1 is a nightmare… next time take the 874 and once in homestead, take the 905A until keylargo and don’t forget to stop at Alabama Jacks.
Those are sold out. We usually only do 1 run of each design, but we may do that one again in the future. Stay tuned to our newsletter to catch 'em before they're gone 👍
Yeah should have taken the Turnpike..."Traffic in Fla is Narly" from So Californians Lol. For reason in you see that cut you stuff in So. Florida alot everyone thinks there an F1 driver. I think traffic in LA is worse 4-6 lane bumper to bumper no TY, but I love LA.
Yup, definitely could've found a better route out of the city. The traffic just felt worse as we couldn't split like we do at home, which allows us to safely flow at a slightly higher speed than surrounding traffic vs racing with them haha. Thanks for tuning in, Jorge 👍
That gray car driving side by side with the guy in front of you gives me that pissed off anxiety for the first 3 min of your video. Get over people! 😂 Also, how to do it, is leave early Saturday morning...stay overnight, start your ride back at noon on Sunday. Works every time.
Hard to leave our shop for more than a week nowadays as it's just the 3 of us manning it. Being able to rent bikes and fly home is the best solution. We leave for a 10 day trip on EagleRider bikes up to Canada this week and will have tons more rental rides coming up this year
Thanks for the fast reply, I was just being a ball buster. I've taken many fly and ride trips over the years. You guys put out great videos , so well put together. Thanks for continuing to take us along on your journeys.
We hope to have that eventually! It takes a lot of time to create a word for word transcription for this length of video every week, but it's on our list. Thanks for your input, we appreciate the support👍
I went down to the keys this June , never again will i ride south in fl , it was so Damm hot there never again, I'm always going north from now on, FL sucks for riding, it's all flat and straight here
Its a more scenic route, less traffic, and you can catch a bite to eat at Alabama Jacks. Entrance starts right across the street of Last Chance saloon! Keep riding safe!@@2LaneLife
I’m only a couple minutes into the video so far and watching the two cars drive slowly side by side in front of you while you were talking about not making good time has me pretty frustrated. Hahaha. My patience for traffic is not good.
@2LaneLife the way you spoke to him / Coury Sr. about his age and making decisions at dinner with an angry tone and face. And I've seen you do this several times and it comes off really bad and disrespectful like I said. Several friends have asked wtf is his problem?? Not a good look Sir, and I know you are better than that, and Sr. Seems to blow it off, but I'm sure hurts on the inside...specially in front of the whole world. Not arm chair QB'ing you, just made me cringe and I know you are better Sir.
Motorcycle vloggers sugar coat the ride from Miami to the Keys, but in reality it is a painful ride. The part between Miami and Key Largo is a total disaster. People in Miami don't know how to drive at all. I'd rather be in a car with an a/c in FL. Not worth the hassle.
The 3 of us run a shop and there is no one else to keep it open while we're gone. 95% of our trips across the country, we ride our own bikes, but sometimes flying saves us 3-5 days on the road so we can take care of business. That, and the ride to and within Florida just doesn't have much to offer on a time crunch.
I love how sensible you guys are. That is refreshing! For real.
Thanks for the support! Glad you're diggin' it😎
You guys were thinking of the movie "True Lies" with Arnold & Jamie Lee. Loving the rides boys, thank you!

Nothing's changed in over 50 years, just more of it!
Florida drivers are nuts!
Agreed 😂
We would've felt a lot more comfortable being able to split and flow through traffic slightly faster than the cars as we do at home
In the movie True Lies, the part where they blew up the bridge was a model of it. It wasn't the real bridge
Gotcha, thanks for the info Ed!!

needed too get on 95 to turnpike and south it goes
The keys….one way, one way out….wait till there is an accident….
True that!!
LOVE Florida, hate driving in it. :)
Haha that's a good way of lookin' at it!
👍😍😎🤩I really like ✌
Thanks Marco!
What about the guy from Tennessee's panda eyes? One of lifes issues when riding wearing shades.😄
Haha he sure was rockin' a nice shades tan!! Those are EARNED!! 😂 😎
Guys how do I get that cool sticker for the inside of my faring?
We throw stickers in every order coming out of our shop 😎
I want to ride the keys. But my main concern is the traffic just getting to the keys. Plus I usually have the wifey on back.
The traffic shouldn't be too bad on a weekday, we just went during the weekend so it was pretty busy. Definitely better to stay a few days and not try to make it down and back in a day. It can get hot during the summer, so make sire to bring some light layers or sunscreen!
How do we send you a screen shot of the sticker if we find it
Email gaylin@2lanelife.com👍
yes, do not ride to Key West on a Friday, as you know, that sucks. I picked up a rentall and rode in on a Tuesday, it was a beautiful and relaxing ride. but no matter what day, the drivers in Miami are dangerous. but either way, i want to go back and do it again!
Qw learned that one the hard way!
I like travel 👍🏻🇺🇸
Movie was "True Lies!!"
Thanks Ryan!
Definitely not the best route to get there, US1 is a nightmare… next time take the 874 and once in homestead, take the 905A until keylargo and don’t forget to stop at Alabama Jacks.
Gotcha, thanks for the info Javier! 🤝
I will be in the keys in a few weeks. I will find your sticker.
We'll hold ya to it!
When can we get the shirt that Gaylin is wearing in this video?
Those are sold out. We usually only do 1 run of each design, but we may do that one again in the future. Stay tuned to our newsletter to catch 'em before they're gone 👍
Name of the Movie was " True Lies"
Thanks!
Haha we eventually passed them but dang..that was some slow sailing. That sounds like the way to do it!
Hey!! What's with the rental bikes again ? I thought you guys were real highway men ??
Hard to leave our shop for more than a week nowadays as it's just the 3 of us manning it. Being able to rent bikes and fly home is the best solution. We leave for a 10 day trip on EagleRider bikes up to Canada this week and will have tons more rental rides coming up this year
Thanks for the fast reply, I was just being a ball buster. I've taken many fly and ride trips over the years. You guys put out great videos , so well put together. Thanks for continuing to take us along on your journeys.
@@DK-455 Haha we figured, all good D K!! Although we love riding our own bikes, it can certainly be nice to just hop on a plane though 🙌
Like to wheel 🇺🇲⭐🙏🙏🙏🦍💪🏍️tanks gays FOR YOUR videos awesome🛣️👍🔥🥇1️⃣👏
Fla. Not the best road trip in USA IMHO. HWY 20 in MA is good.
What about subtitles for the conversations at noisy places for international followers?
We hope to have that eventually! It takes a lot of time to create a word for word transcription for this length of video every week, but it's on our list. Thanks for your input, we appreciate the support👍
i miss WTFlorida
🤘
I went down to the keys this June , never again will i ride south in fl , it was so Damm hot there never again, I'm always going north from now on, FL sucks for riding, it's all flat and straight here
Yea, Florida hasn't exactly been one of our favorite states to ride
My one tip, don't go during summer. :D
Good to know! Sounds like it's packed out there
Next time take sound card road
Thanks for the heads up!
Its a more scenic route, less traffic, and you can catch a bite to eat at Alabama Jacks. Entrance starts right across the street of Last Chance saloon! Keep riding safe!@@2LaneLife
@@2LaneLife if we find the sticker, in key west how should I send you a picture of it
Welcome to east coast riding! The cagers suck!
Killer video!! Florida drivers are crazy. It’s like everyone from everywhere competing to be an ahole😂
Hahaha we couldn't have said it better ourselves 😂
'True Lies' ;-)
🤘
I’m only a couple minutes into the video so far and watching the two cars drive slowly side by side in front of you while you were talking about not making good time has me pretty frustrated. Hahaha. My patience for traffic is not good.
Haha we're in the same boat. We're used to being able to cruise on by right between them back home
You in Hawaii?
This video is from Key West, Florida👍
hahaha
Always good to respect your elders, specially when they are your friend, not to mention your business partner...
That BS pissed me off and I'm 52.
Do explain... ?
Haha right there with you!
I don’t understand renting a bike. Why not ride your own? That’s takes out 90% of the fun.
Driving is atrocious is South Florida.
It got a bit crazy at times!
Florida riding blows. But beautiful.
😂 🤝
