After taking the MSF course I rode a gsxr 1k in c mode and I maxed out at 78 mph. That was perfect for me to get used to the bike. I love the channel thank you. 🙏🏾
In that situation, easing off the throttle could have been a mistake. I evaluated the situation by looking ahead and checking behind with my mirrors. And determine the the best reaction would of been to swerve wide left to avoid any accident. Any physical visible hint at slowing down could of given that driver a false signal go, which would have caused an accident. Thanks for pointing this out so that I could explain the thought process in this situation. 🤙🏿🤙🏿🤙🏿
Thanks for the video ! I actually got out on my Hayabusa this morning and put 70mi on it, I still have about 50 miles to the first oil change at break-in. I still don't get up to 6K rpm, and they say that's when the bike wakes up. I am in A mode all the time (or close, mine has 6 with 3 personal, I use A with traction and lifrt control on 2). I was on highway a lot today, and from 40 when I hit gas hard in 3rd gear it will race up to 70 in no time to about 5k rpm. Hayabusa and 1000 are supposed to be about same power up to about 150, then the Busa is going to keep going. I think on track you would gap me for sure, I don't lean enough. My guage says I am getting to about 24 degrees each way. On straight, If lift and traction are off they say 0 -60 is just over 2 sec....I can't personally. Glad you are enjoying riding... I am basicly new to biking again at 55 since I was 18 years old on a 250 honda rebel. I need to start putting more miles on mine, bought new May 1 and I didn't ride much when it was hot here in AR. It was nice 70 this morning!
As someone who has an S1000RR and now tracks it, I will offer this wisdom to nobody in particular: If you want a literbike for the street, fine, but it's more bike than you are rider. Don't be dumb on it. I started on one and thought I was fast. Then I rode a trackday. 3 years and ~30 trackdays later I am now respectably fast on a literbike, but the best 400cc riders are still faster than me on track. You can do a *lot* with a smaller bike. Also, the track made street riding boring for me, unfortunately.

Nice. Once you get that break-in service done, the bike should feel different. Mine sure did. Stay safe 👊🏿👊🏿👊🏿💯💯💯🤙🏿🤙🏿🤙🏿
Congratz! I highly approve of this message.
Thanks 👊🏿👊🏿👊🏿💯💯💯🤙🏿🤙🏿🤙🏿
Great video, I'm consistently debating upgrading... What's suction cupped under your windscreen?
Thanks 🤙🏿🤙🏿🤙🏿. That's my transponder for Toll Roads
