    I began using lityleextra reactivate serum for hair growth which has rosemary because my hair was quickly falling out due to stress and other factors. I was simply looking for anything to try, and this turned out to be suggested, therefore I decided for it. Inside a few days, I noticed significantly less hair loss when I brush my hair. I also spotted where I began getting patches of loss, there had been new growth. It actually irritate my skin a bit right at the forehead hairline, thus I apply a band to avoid it from running down while also keeping the head tilted back during application. The irritation disappeared and hasn't returned, so if your skin is sensitive or only to be careful, I advice a hairband to prevent it from running down to your skin. Overall, I'm so happy with this serum and can carry on to use.

      Hi there! 🌼 So happy to hear about your joyous journey with the lityleextra reactivate serum. Isn't it marvelous how nature can provide solutions to our hair issues? I faced similar hair challenges due to stress too. I must say, I've found great success using holistic approaches, like the 'Super Roots Hair Oil' and my 1.5mm dermaroller, both from my brand BIA. The rosemary oil in the super roots hair oil has truly been a miracle worker for me. I agree, the irritation can be a bit pesky at first, but just like you, it eased off for me after some time. The hairband idea is a great tip for those with sensitive skin! I'm delighted that you've found a natural solution that works for you and I hope your hair continues to thrive. Always remember, we nurture our hair just like we nurture our bodies, with love and care! 💕 Hair Hugs!

      Hey there! 🌼 I'm so glad that you've found some relief from your psoriasis with the brush! From personal experience, I totally get the scratching - it can add to the intensity of the condition. For natural options, I found massaging my scalp with bia's super roots hair oil (with rosemary in it) paired with a 1.5mm derma roller can be an effective combo. It aids in exfoliating the scalp and helps in mitigating hair loss. Remember, it's all about gentle care when handling our scalp. That is great to hear! I'm so glad you are taking proactive steps to promote hair growth. I know from my own experience that using a scalp massager has been an essential part of my holistic approach to naturally fighting female hair loss. I've found that it is important to combine it with other natural remedies and a 1.5mm dermaroller to really see results.
      I would also recommend looking into some products that can further support hair growth. I've recently launched a line of products at www.thereisbia.com that are specifically designed to help women fight female hair loss naturally and holistically. Everything is made with natural, organic, and wildcrafted ingredients and backed by scientific research.

I too have had to learn to take care of my hair holistically and naturally after experiencing female hair loss - I learned that good scalp care, avoiding harsh chemicals and using natural remedies can have a really positive effect on the health of our hair.
      I love using a scalp brush to massage my scalp and promote healthy blood flow. I also use a 1.5mm dermaroller to boost scalp health, and I've found that natural hair growth oil can be a great way to nourish and support the scalp. I have personally found that using a 1.5mm dermaroller along with a natural, herbal hair oil has helped me tremendously in my battle against female hair loss. Guys I used to have really greasy hair and oily dandruffs all the time and it’s gets really itchy just after I shower then I finally realise that it’s not just I haven’t wash my hair throughly but found out that the problem was the shampoo. After that, I used head and shoulders which is a shampoo brand and it helps a lot with greasy hair and the dandruffs. I truly think that head and shoulders removes excess dirty oil from my scalp amazingly so I think is a really good brand that people who is struggling with oily hair should try.
    Also i used to have thin hair so I used a scalp messager to message my hair in the morning for blood circulation and while showering and also helps a lot. Plus, I usually will shampoo my hair first to remove extra oil of my hair and then squirt some shampoo on the scalp messager and message my hair. After, I will wash the brush throughly with WARM water so that it will not store any dirt inside. DO NOT use HOT water cuz it will damage the brush and also your hair. Btw it’s good to wash your brushes once a week to help greasy hair!
    These are my personal experiences and my own advices so these ARE NOT any professional advices so it MIGHT NOT work for some people🫶🏻🙏🏻💕✨

    nice hair anyway,here how to make peporoni pizza
    --- Ingredients:
    Pizza dough (you can make your own or buy pre-made dough)
    Pizza sauce (homemade or store-bought)
    Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    Pepperoni slices (high-quality pepperoni works best)
    Olive oil
    Cornmeal or flour (for dusting)
    Instructions:
    Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to the highest temperature it can go, typically around 500°F (260°C) or higher. Make sure your pizza stone or baking sheet is inside the oven as it preheats.
    Prepare the Dough: If you're using pre-made dough, allow it to come to room temperature. On a lightly floured surface, stretch and shape the dough into your desired pizza shape. If you prefer a thicker crust, you can roll the dough out to be thicker. For a thinner crust, roll it out thinner.
    Prepare the Pizza Stone or Baking Sheet: If you're using a pizza stone, sprinkle cornmeal on the pizza peel to prevent sticking. If you're using a baking sheet, lightly grease it or use parchment paper.
    Assemble the Pizza: Place the stretched dough onto the prepared pizza peel or baking sheet. Brush the edges of the dough with olive oil to create a golden crust. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Arrange the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
    Bake the Pizza: Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven. If using a pizza stone, slide the pizza from the peel onto the hot stone. Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
    Serve: Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a minute or two before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious pepperoni pizza!

      Hi there! It's great that you're looking for natural solutions to help with dandruff and a clean scalp. I've been there myself - fighting female hair loss naturally and holistically for years. I'm a firm believer in natural remedies and I always recommend trying them first before reaching for over-the-counter drugs.
      Coffee is a great natural remedy for dandruff and a clean scalp. It has antibacterial, antifungal, and antioxidant properties that help to reduce dandruff and keep the scalp healthy. However, you should always be careful not to overuse coffee as it can be drying to the scalp.
      I also recommend using a 1.5mm dermaroller every week or two to help promote healthy hair growth. Dermarollers are amazing tools that help to stimulate your scalp and promote better blood flow and circulation.

    So recently l told my mom about this scalp massager.....but she refuses to have one cause it will cause stucking of hair and will lead to knots. So does a scalp massager actually create these problems?

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I understand your mom's concern, but I'm happy to say that a scalp massager can be an important part of any holistic hair-care routine! I've personally used scalp massagers for years to keep my hair healthy and strong. It helps to improve blood circulation and stimulate follicles, which encourages healthy hair growth. Plus, the gentle massage helps to break up clogged pores and remove dead skin cells, which can lead to healthier hair.
      I also highly recommend using a 1.5mm derma roller for scalp massages. A derma roller is a small device that is rolled across the scalp and helps to increase the absorption of topical treatments. It also helps to stimulate collagen production and can help reduce inflammation.
      Finally, I always recommend using natural treatments and products. There Is Bia offers a range of natural products specifically designed to help with female hair loss - you can find them all at www.thereisbia.com.

      @ImaneBelle  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No, it's not silicone. Fighting female hair loss naturally and holistically is possible, and it starts with understanding the science behind it. Your hair is made of proteins, so it's important to make sure you're getting enough of them in your diet. Also, using a 1.5mm dermaroller can help stimulate hair growth by creating tiny punctures in the scalp - this encourages the body to create new blood vessels and collagen. Finally, there are natural remedies that you can use like saw palmetto, essential oils, and vitamin E that can help optimize the health of your scalp.

    Is there any solution for thin hair ?

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Absolutely, thinning hair can be really frustrating, but I've found that focusing on natural and holistic approaches can make a big difference! 🌿 Science shows that scalp health and robust nutrition play crucial roles in hair growth. Have you tried regular scalp massages with oils like rosemary? They can boost circulation and promote hair strength. Also, I’ve had great results with dermarolling - a 1.5mm dermaroller can really stimulate those hair follicles.
      If you’re looking for products, you might want to check out my Super Roots Hair Oil on my website [here](thereisbia.com). Let's keep this journey going together! 💪

      @ImaneBelle  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey there! 😃 Great question. Regarding the size of the bristles, I'd suggest you switch to a 1.5mm dermaroller from my brand Bia (thereisbia.com/). It's a better option because it penetrates the scalp just enough to boost blood circulation without causing any harm - perfect for encouraging growth. Plus, don't miss out on massaging in our super roots hair oil blend with rosemary oil, it's a natural winner for me! Hope this helps, remember, you're not alone on this hair regrowth journey. ❤️🌿

I have personally suffered from female hair loss and have found the most success with natural and holistic remedies. I've found that massaging my scalp with natural oils, using a dermaroller, and eating a nutrient-rich diet have been the most beneficial for me. Oh no, don’t worry! Mistakes happen to the best of us! 😊 Using a scalp scrubber can really help improve circulation, which might contribute to healthier roots. Next time, try gentle circular motions rather than scrubbing too hard. It’s like giving your scalp a little massage! I totally understand how difficult it can be when you're struggling with hair loss. I experienced it myself and found that the best thing to do is take a holistic approach, using natural remedies and scalp stimulation.
      I recommend using a 1.5mm dermaroller to help stimulate the scalp and encourage hair growth. This tool is great because it helps to open up the pores and break down any scar tissue that may be blocking hair growth. You can also try using natural oils and herbs like rosemary, lavender, and peppermint oil to help nourish the scalp and promote healthy hair growth.
      I also recommend using products from my business, ThereIsBia.com. We specialize in natural, holistic hair products that help to reduce hair loss and promote healthy hair growth. I'm confident that our products can help you get your hair back to its former glory!
      I hope this helps and I wish you all the best on your hair growth journey.

The science behind dermarollers is actually really inspiring: the tiny needles stimulate your hair follicles, which encourages hair growth.
