We were able to drive our car to Lake Louise and Moraine lake back then.After parking at Moraine lake and walking down to the lake I had no knowledge of how to get up that Rock hill for the best pictures . Big regret!!! Bow Lake reflections of the lake spectacular, Tour of the glacier very windy but awesome. Your tour and video very impressive and well detailed. 1 ? Moraine Lake, are you looking into the sun in the afternoon when atop the rock hill when looking down at Lake Moraine taking photos...Road to the Sun in Glacier N.P. another Spectacular drive but second to the Icefield parkway. Thank you for taking us along on your Awesome tour....

Definitely agree , it's the most beautiful drive I've done! I came from northwest BC and drove with family from Jasper to Banff in April, and let me tell you with SNOW, it's 100x more magical!! (at least to me) Also, getting to walk across a completely frozen Lake Louise was such a surreal experience. Glad you guys got to see the area!
Waterton Lakes on the Canada side of the park is stunning. I believe we stayed at the Prince of Wales Hotel, which overlooks the lake. Absolutely beautiful views!

We are going for the first time. 8/28-9/4. I’m worried about forest fires and smoke interrupting our views. Any thoughts on that?
We have no concrete information on this but yes, it is fairly common to see forest fires/smoke during late summer/early October.
