    Sorry. It's me again.
    I just made a batch of almonds and just cannot believe how incredibly delicious they are!! 🤯
    I soaked them overnight in spicy vinegar. The taste is very special. It starts with an amazing tangy/salty flavour while I eat them, then the subtle spicy warmth hits and lingers in the mouth. It's just great! 😍
    And I replaced the cider vinegar with a tbsp of the drained spicy vinegar. 😋
    I already have another batch in preparation. They are unbelievably addictive!

    This is a very interesting idea. I want to try this, but using the stock of spicy vinegar I have from marinating my hot peppers. 🌶🤔
    Also, there used to be a shop where I could buy unique lemon flavoured almonds. Now I can't find those and I miss their amazing taste. I would be so grateful if you had any suggestion on how to make those.

      @carloslaroux4369 omg!!! That's such an amazing idea using the spicy vinegar... why didn't I think of that???!!! Lol I'm making a batch of hot peppers today actually so I might just have to try this again in the future with your idea. Thank you!!
      As for the lemon almonds, those sound amazing. Leave it with me, I'll see what I can come up with!
