    That slide board is so cool. it looks like it would be fun just to slide on by itself.

    @AngelIIDANIEL The combo is $240 US, shipping to Oz would probably cost over $100. you might be able to find a slideboard in a fitness shop nearby though as they use them in other sports.

    @AwPSilver210 it was fun to slide on when I first got it, but it got old after a while. Then I started using it with the shooting pad and now I use it all the time. I have developed a bunch of cool drills that I do with the slideboard now.

    @ProStockSnipes The slideboard has two stoppers and each stopper is padded with foam. It doesn't hurt at all to slide on it and I usually use it for about 10 - 20 minutes with a few breaks in between. You can buy them both together for $239 plus use our $10 off coupon code to get them for $229 so $20 cheaper then buying them on their own.

    @MrBootiusmaximus There has to be rinks open in Toronto in the summer. I lived in London Ontario and played in two summer men's leagues. We don't have any ice right now, but one rink might put the ice in around July

    @matde100 I live in a small town in Northern Ontario, things don't really get stolen. On another note though I left the net and roll up shooting pad outside all winter and used them and they are still holding up nicely so they are pretty durable!

    Too be honest during the summer/spring I love the outdoor noises. It reminds me of what we should take advantage and it's so nice out when I hear those noises.

    Really you don't have ice in the summer? I'm not sure where you live but I live in new Mexico and we have ice year round. But that's a sick set up I'm ordering the slideboard next week

    I have a few questions... one doesnt it hurt when you hit that plastic piece and what would be a price range for that combo? please reply

  • @howtohockeytraining
    @howtohockeytraining  13 ปีที่แล้ว

    @jipmip2332 Oh for sure, me too! It just gets distracting when I am trying to shoot a video and a car with a noisy muffler, pulling a trailer, squeeky brakes or diesel engine drives by, then in the middle of me talking a crow decides to scream CAW CAW CAW, or a flock of geese go by, or a huge gust of wind comes and you can't hear what I'm saying. I like being outdoors, but it just doesn't make the best shooting conditions for a video

    Hey Jeremy,
    Im 15 years old and i just seriously got interested in hockey this year and I have some trouble with stick handling. I can control the puck fairly well around all of my body and my toe drag is OK, but i was curious if you had any tips on how to control the puck without looking at it. I am not completely comfortable with taking my eye off the puck because i lose it right as I stop looking at it.
    Thanks
