Some things about the creeper: It was the height of the PAX doors, so the human inside had to get out and pull it through the door. Also, the human inside the costume is very small. People instinctively got the hell out of the way of it. Graham's opinions on fonts are always strong.
1) Creepers aren't a perfect 2 meters tall. 2) Even if they were that would put them at 6ft 6in. Adam is (apparently) 6ft 4in, and that creeper was way more than 2 inches taller.
My grandparents and I used to watch Supermarket Sweep when I was little. Three teams of two played in mini games to get time on their main sweep, then during the main sweep, one team member of each would run around and try to grab a bunch of products in the set. Whichever team got the most monetary value in the big sweep would then have one minute to solve a multi-step puzzle by finding a sequence of specially labelled products for a chance at $5k. It was a lot of fun to watch
As someone that never could stand magic cards their layouts are one of the many reasons I felt Yu-Gi-Oh! was better. Then again I'm the monster that is fine with any font being used as long as it is readable.

The creeper was probably to scale, honestly. Each block in minecraft is supposed to be 1m, so creatures that are 2 blocks tall would be 2m tall.
