    Hi there, sadly i started a week ago but didnt stick to the diet so I have not lost any weight. Your story gives me hope so I will start again

      Do not give up! The first weeks are tough your body has to get used to the medication and diet! Start over this week you can do this!

    Do they have anyway to accelerate the weightloss, can I do more excercise Workout 2x day ? I have done HCG I HATE that i couldn’t workout to much on that plan

      I’ve done HCG in the past also about 10 years ago. I did like the Hcg diet but it was a tough diet and I remember not being able to workout on it either.
      On this waytless diet I haven’t heard any restrictions on working out I’m sure you can . But I have not started working out yet just following the plan and sticking to the diet. I keep saying should workout out but I just have not yet.
