I wrote a book based on how I went from reading at a 4th grade level at age 26 to starting a brick and mortar business that employees over 70 great people. The book shows a path on how to start a business and stay in business for over 30 years. The importance of taking action and what kind of action. I don't consider it to be self help but personal development. I believe THE MORE I GIVE THE MORE I LIVE. The name of my book is MENTOR THE KID AND THE CEO.

This is so perfect for me right now! I just had to take 6 months off of running because of a broken ankle. I’m just getting back into the swing of things and I’m gonna start training for my first 5k.
I love your videos so much!! You have such a soothing and at the same time encouraging voice, and I love your slight accent. I have been using your videos to get me from 5k to 10k training in 7 weeks' time. Today I ran my first 10k training outside and I did really good! My big day is in July, when I will be running my first 10k competition ever on my 50th Birthday :) Thank you for everything you do to encourage people and for making me face reality, that if I really really want this, I will do whatever it takes!
