I wake up not wanting to do nothing, inwas diagnosed with ptsd at 7, my dperession has been so strong for years, I was imprisoned mentally, then I put on your videos and I'm ready to start my day proper and right, your videos hit me so hard, I think it's because I want so bad to not let my life waist by, so again, thanks man, tour videos have been so impactful, it's helping my shift!

Yesterday I turned 54 and making plans for retirement next year. But within this year, I want to make changes to improve my health not just for me but my children. I spent many years prioritizing jobs and people that I know did not matter, who don’t ask how I am, how am I doing etc etc. which resulted in putting myself last in all areas of my life. But my mind and body are capable of making the changes I want to make. This message was powerful to listen to and the reminders of what I know are what I needed to hear. I’ve shared with my children so they know what I wish someone had told me when I was younger coming into the world as a young adult. Thank you for this. ❤❤

As someone who was late diagnosed with ADHD in my 30s, I still struggle to feel that I have full control. Getting medicated was the first time I ever felt like I could actually make decisions for my own best interest and follow through. It messes with my mind and makes me feel like I’m still helpless without this little pill…
Try cbd, microdose, cannabis. Research the natural medication available. Chemical do more harm. Research will prove that
