There is very little information about schizoid-narcissist phenomenon. And every lesson that you make is a golden nugget of information about this topic. Also THANK YOU for making videos like Schizoid Bible , a 5+ hours gem of a lesson... Wish you all the best...

This accurately describes my mother. Now I understand her self- isolation, and the things she does to herself that cause me to work harder in order to care for her. I felt she was doing these things on purpose, but said to myself "Who would do that?" The Loner Sadist would.

So that's what it was! Thank you more than I can express. I knew it was a form of NPD, and the person had self-diagnosed as a psychopath, but the description in this video is the most accurate in terms of their behaviour.

The funny thing is there are groups of narcissists and sociopaths who hate him. I always thought it’s because he exposes them so well. I’m a borderline and I know for facts he has my disorder pegged.

The person had little interest and took little pleasure in anything - only when bullying he was extremely animated, overjoyed, voracious even. There was an intensity to his glare, not present on any other occasion. He now lives in a tent in the woods, to the best of my knowledge.

So… you just described my ex and our relationship. Especially the push-pull dynamic of the need for others but also wanting to isolate. He hated himself because he wanted/needed the supply. Sometimes when the internal turmoil got bad enough, he would break down and cry, saying “I don’t want to feel like this anymore!”
When I confronted his about enjoying seeing me cry and hurting me, he acknowledged it but also said that he couldn't help it. It just happened, like a compulsion.
Would this mean that he was self-aware and there is hope for conscious behavior modification? Or is the illness behaviours hard-wired and not susceptible to neuroplasticity?

I have been trying to figure out what is wrong with me for years and you are the only person who has given me a real answer.
Everything you described here is me...exactly and completely; I'm looking forward to the other videos.
There is a scene from a movie called "I'm a Cyborg but That's OK" where a girl in a psychiatric ward is approaching people and trying to shake their hands, but when they reach out to reciprocate she pulls her hand away and runs...over and over, with a look of confused distress/disgust on her face.
Eventually she exhausts herself with this cycle and passes out on a bench. I feel like that scene models the schizoid narcissist dilemma quite well.

I didn't know about this diagnosis until he told me he was bipolar and schizophrenic and has been hospitalized for behavioral rages. And he said he turned over a new leaf. He vowed undying love for me. I started watching TH-cam videos like yours.

The title just described the man i am currently stuck residing with! He is not my man. He was my best friend's husb til she died in my arms March 3 from copd. He was useless and i took care of her this past horrible year. I knew my situation was gonna get bad when she was gone. But did not count on now being 24/7 oxygen-dependent as of last week. My own copd plunged into end stage with pneumonia last Thursday. Home from hosp and he had shut off the AC , house 80 degrees and full of flies! He became psychotic when I turned the AC back on. He said "I am cold!" I am like boo hoo if you put on a shirt you won't be. I still can't breathe no matter how much clothing I take off. Dang. I can't afford to move but cant afford to stay. I don't deserve this. God will Show me a path. He always does! I want to tell this NPD to shut up and take the Seroquel he was prescribed for schizophrenia.

There's a whole online world of BDSM where people like to dominate and/or be dominated in different ways.. i wonder, even if adhering to strict consent and safe words, and even after care, would engaging in these kinds of activities, though controlled and online, would these be considered schizoid narcissistic sadism?
