This is a example of a perfect video to watch , this is when we learn more , I love doing process and been organized, I am doing this just part time and my goal is keep things organized and with process on hands.
Good to see how other resellers run there day. Depending on the day I normally pack my sold items first to get it out the way. Then do things like send out offers and update my figures. Then lunch time and after do my listings

I just recently switched and started using eBay's New Listing Tool and it now has the option to actually import the photos directly from your phone to the desktop! Saves me sooo much time and its super quick! I really like the layout of the new tool as well! Using it all this week I was able to list double the listings in a day compared to what I was doing! I would def recommend you check it out if you have not already. I Really like this style of video, I have learned alot from your channel!

I'm a newbie reseller and having a draft bank is something I just started dabbling in the last week. I really would like to have the weekends off. To make that happen, I, too, created a few extra drafts during the week, then on Sat & Sun I just take 1 few minutes to hit the List button and I'm done!

Dalton, have you ever had an issue with only using one strip of tape on each end of the boxes? As I watched you get your shoes ready for shipping, I couldn't believe how quickly you flew through it. I certainly am taking too much time in this area!
Good idea about turning notifications off while working. Another area I need to tighten up on.
While listing, I like to turn on instrumental praise music then turn the speed setting up so it's more upbeat and makes me move faster! LOL While prepping items or taking a meal break is when I listen/watch other resellers like yourself.
One last thing...congrats on the amount of sales you had in one day! I haven't even sold that many items in total yet! Well done! Blessings to you!

Great video! Working on trying to get my day more dialed in with dedicated times for dedicated things like picture taking, listing, cross listing, sourcing, shipping etc. I like your processes, keep up the good work, and the funny vids on Instagram!

You get so much more done in a day than I do 😅 I definitely want to work on tightening up my systems so I can be more efficient! I usually listen to podcasts or music while I work - I get too distracted if I have to actually pay attention to a show haha

I love to see other people professes, I think you can me like 10 videos or so on this and you still have something missing , for example I'd like to see more in shipping process, inventory, managing your numbers, just to name a few !! Keep doing good videos like this and thanks for sharing!!!!

Great video. I also use list perfectly now and it has reduced listing time dramatically. I normally shuffle Pandora music when really focusing on getting work done. Still new to reselling and making TH-cam video so it is all a learning process.

What size boxes do you use for bigger shoes? I have those ones you showed in the video but I have a pair of size 14 hi top Air Force ones that won’t fit. Also love the content! Been waiting on a new video to drop for a hot minute lol
I modify a 1095 box! Similar to how I ship shoes that have their original box

Desktop listing is much faster and has more options than mobile that will greatly increase SEO

I have a full time job and resell only part time for now. But while I clean shoes and take pics I’ve been switching between listening to podcasts and creepypastas lol just to keep it interesting

Did you clean the shoes before it sell ?
Hey Dalton, I need a little help. At times I have trouble determining whether shoes are men's or women's. As an example, I have a pair of Dr Marten's shoes -made in England. It just says size 6 on it. How's the best way to determine. Thanks, and enjoy your videos. Jim
Find a brand specific size chart on google & compare the difference between the US & UK sizes on the chart & reference the tag on the shoe… or just find a pair that you know is mens or womens and compare the size of it with yours

I wish full time resellers would talk about stuff like what are they doing for medical insurance, life insurance, retirement and so on.
You can get health insurance on Healthcare.gov & you can set up a Roth IRA with tons of different banks, I use Fidelity

Dude, get an android phone just for taking pictures if you don't want to switch from Apple. I still use my Galaxy note 9. All I have to do is plug the phone in and the folder with all the pictures open up. Copy+paste and ready to go.

I do my photos on Android and them , this might be new for some professional resellers but I just send my pics to Telegram and they are ready to download on my computer and folder 📂 ready to use ( one good thing ) about this is the pics doesn't lost quality on this process.
So how does it work with list perfectly if u sell something on one platform does it take the stuff off other platforms so u don't sell the same product twice
They are adding that feature soon. For now, just gotta manually delete just like you would if you weren't using a cross listing service
