I think it has to be a bot "speaking", like Siri but it sounds better than normal. Because the way it pronounces "theatre" is absolutely bizarre. And the word "quay" is a common word in english, as well, and it's pronounced "kee". Not "kway". I've noticed quite the uptick in robotic voices being used on youtube lately. For those reasons, I have a feeling it's not an actual human speaking.
I am not at all better than the computer voice with pronouncing, but I am pretty good at enjoying the city. Camera work was a bit fast, but my stop and rewind skills were up to it. Best time to go is before tourist season. Short video could not do it all, but the Roman arena ruins are really something.
This video is embarrassingly bad. Even the facts are bad. If you're binding your name and credibility to a video, at least do some research about the things you mention. The Calle Ocho Cafe Cubain, is not South American, it would be Caribbean. Otherwise, I'll let others tell you about the horrendous French pronunciations herein.

Lovely video and informative as well however it might serve you well to learn how to pronounce some of the French places, streets, chateau’s, etc.
