I had skrews in my ankle and it was put in a cast, the Achilles tendon wasn't streached enough and I still don't walk properly. that was 27 year's ago. another hospital tried to stretch and reset it but it was extremely painful and only gave a small amount of extra movement.also mine was glow in the dark fiberglass tape.
