Seems like this video became a catharsis in your process of processing. Cant wait for the next one.
I think with the ongoings of our less-than-predictable world, returning to the past, returning to our roots is a exercise in finding ground/ finding stability in an otherwise chaos manipulated society (a darwinian world of survival of the fittest and survival of the agents of kaos.) Once I saw the presence and actions of these agents of kaos (agent smiths), the wheat and the tares allegory became a motif for the physical matrix we find ourselves immersed.
Knowing how to change habits and recognising bad habits are the two most important skills one can have. These are part of pattern recognition as life skills and I've never heard one educator bring up this level of cognition as a component of a fulfilling life/existence.

It essentially became some sort of a catharsis indeed my friend.
Let me tell you Kai how much I ALWAYS love your thoughtful and informative comments and feedback on my work.
You are truly a good person and soul by being so open with your thoughts and the way you word your sentences towards (in this case) me.
If it only sparked a tiny bit in your own process and progress then I reached my goal here.
Thank you agian and again, it is a pleasure having someone like you in my community, much love and have a great day 👋

@@Kevnslife You're welcome and thank you. It got me thinking. Thinking is good. (There are those that do not have an internal monologue.)
Do you every watch birds on the ground? If you're far away, they will peck at the ground to fine bugs, worms, eat, doing their bird thing. But if you try to get closer, the birds will shift into a pseudo (fake) ground peck while trying to keep an eye on you. The birds' head drops close to the ground, but never really gets into digging into the ground to retrieve anything.
These fake actions are one way to spot the tares in our world. They are acting as if they have agency, have purpose, have motive; trying to appear real despite their 'scripted' existence/ulterior motives. Some of these actors are better than others and some have different 'roles'. Some just observe, others ‘interact’. I would speculate that there are actors which were part of your youth (also currently) that lent to those challenges for you... even though they were not directly involved in those occurrences. (this would be for any spy program, the 'side characters' in your life have to have distance and plausible deniability of 'incidents' to keep the connection with you.)
Comprehending this, I sense there is another dimension involved in our existence and that lends to this being a spiritual battle. As brain hacks andneurolinks become more a reality (maybe they already are reality), Spiritual armor is a necessity. Now more that ever Gott mit uns.
