Ive had my Maverick since I was a kid it was my first hunting shotgun but as recently, the last few years, I’ve had issues with hammer mechanism. Whenever I’d break open the gun to load one of 3 things would happen. Either none of the barrels would be in firing position, only one would be or both would be and when I would go to pull the trigger both would fire at the same time. Do you possibly have any tips suggestions for the problem? I’ve tried working on it myself to no avail with the limited smithing knowledge I have.
