Why is kappa babies still a thing, literally the host, chat, the youtube comments section, and all the participants hate that segment.
Toast and Trump make such a good duo on this show.
Toast and Trump are great together in general. I love when they do stuff together, they're both so awkward but in a totally different way.
Here's a feedback for Cardology round. Actually SHOW the card itself when revealing the answer. I'm sure there are new people watching. So they either have to google up cards or just sit there getting bored because they are unfamiliar with all the cards.
2 problems, first that way is impossible to play along, the second, and most important, is that this comes unedited from the livestream, if they showed the streamers would see in the stream, if they edited it would take a long time to put it on youtube

Personally not a big fan of the Kappa babies round. Not much skill or knowledge really required since they all know who the people are it's just who is better at seeing faces which isn't really anything to do with hs. Other rounds are awesome though and overall the show is great :)
I agree, they should replace it with "find the mistake in one of these 4 cards" or a completely new round, maybe sth to do with math and plays? (It's also hard to watch Kappa Babies when viewers don't keep up with the streamers)

There used to be one where they revealed cards that would point to a particular deck in the meta. That one was really good but they stopped using it....

Please stop Kappa Babies :c it's never a fun round. At least on youtube I can skip it, but when it's live it just makes me want to turn off the stream. Thank you for all of the hard work that goes into making these~

Yet audience participation is an important part of these streams! Constructive criticism is important- please don't see my comment as simply complaining.

Plus there are also donations.
Also, you can't really know if a section is going to happen until it happens, lol. Do you expect me to just show up live and set aside two hours then see Kappa Babies and be like "welp guess i'll just find something else to do with the last 45 minutes of this". Like no, I'm here to support the stream.
But let's be honest here.
It's the least entertaining segment they have.
The players don't enjoy playing it.
It's extremely obtuse for people unfamiliar with the community.
It doesn't really have anything to do with the game itself and doesn't express any ability of the contestants to do anything other than facial recognition which servers no purpose.
I don't know why you're butthurt over me saying "hey I recognize the hard work you're doing, here is a suggestion to make it even better".
There are also alot of people who enjoy that segment (I am one of them). And audience participation? We have twitch chat says and dank memes
This was one of the best hearthstone streamer showdowns! So far the Ben Brode, Kripparian and Toast one is still my favourite. Also big thanks to Chanman V and the people behind this entertaining show that never fails to lift my mood. Kappa Babies is a bad segment, but I love the others, mainly Twitch Says Ultrasaur and EmoGG.
Also, I never heard of Pathra, it's nice that you invited someone new and she did really well, especially with the drawings. ON FIRE!!!
I would like to see Day9 on the show, perhaps you should try and contact him? I don't know if he would be into it, but I am sure he would make an amazing participant.
I remember them stating that they invited him several times, but that he's very busy. Unfortunately..

Also, you see how the stakes are in the Warcraft universe, the first three are Dwarves, then there are two pandaren, and an Orc. Then there is a raider represented by a player, and ... Ultrasaur. Yep

I think the deck thing segment (where cards are showing on board and you have to guess what deck that was) is much better than KappaBabies
The entire time during the drinking part, I was thinking Coren Direbrew. He has brew in his name.

This was the most competitive streamer showdown in a while (minus the last round)
Is it possible to do a round where recognizing the sounds of the cards is a ''skill'' you need"? Not really sure how you would implement it, but for example play 3 sounds and then they have to guess which deck it is or something? (Kind of similar to the game you did sometime ago where you showed cards from vague to specific and the players had to guess which deck it was, loved that game btw. (Edit: that game you did was called Top Deck (just found it on streamer showdown 4))

i'd really love to see a risk-reward added to cardology where you get more points if you guess on the earlier hints. A lot of the times the players already guessed what the card is on the 1st or 2nd hint and they only wait for the 3rd or 4th hint to guess. Also would make situations where 2 contestants already guessed wrong more interesting.
Is there a specific time that the next streamer showdown will be streamed?

Very nice serie! Thank you for the show. Could you show the card after the answer if possible. I play the game since launch and there's so many cards that i dont always see what card it is with just the name.
Yea we'll be adding that really soon. Lots of people have been requesting it.
I think the Cardology should be worth 200-300 points each. It feels like the early points are virtually worthless compared to some later games. For example, in the drawing game, people can get over 2k points total wheras the cardology only provides about 300-500. Also, I agree with other people that the Kappa babies section is one that I skip.

Bring back Pathra. This was definitely the best a new player has done in a long time and I loved watching her art in artstone. She also seemed to enjoy it even when she was losing badly. Great player.

he's the channel host and he thinks of all the games. Like Noxious said a few times that he told Chanman that no one would understand a certain hint, meaning that Chanman probably makes the hints for cardology (and probably more)

Noxious is the perfect host, the Toast/Trump rivalry is always entertaining, and Pathra was a great artist and contestant. Real good episode all around.

In round 5 of EmoGG Toast said:"I taste the mana" and it was wrong. Pathra said:"I can taste mana" and it was right, even though it is "I can taste THE mana". There should be more consistency when it comes to those things
Notice that the first clue was a soda can with an i: an "i can". Toast missed one of the clues in his answer, whereas "the mana" and "mana" were identical answers from the clue perspective. Likewise in the final question I think "death's shadow" and "the shadow of death" could perhaps both be acceptable, because all the desired words are there, especially since Trump immediately realized his mistake.
I think kappa babies is fun and I don’t know most of these people even. Maybe just use it in the large version since Hearthstone people clearly just want to see people answer trivial pursuit questions for two hours. They probably would prefer if hearthstone didn’t have card art so that there’s more room for the text.

My own feedback and what I heard a lot:
- Nobody likes Kappa Babies
- Many new players are watching, and have no idea what the card is even after the answer is revealed. Accompany all cards with their pictures.
- Noxious is the best host ever
- You need to stop putting Trump and Toast who know each other for a while with a girl who only recently got popular and leave her suffering awkwardly the whole time.
