That’s a great job of cleaning the heat block. I just tried heating to 215C and using a damp cloth but I’m not having much luck. Did you use a dry cloth, or acetone and what temperature? Thanks
Hi, dank voor deze interessante video!
Problemen met af en toe een blob van de E3d 6V.
Ik heb alles volgens de regeltjes gedaan:
Nozzle schoongemaakt,
Nieuwe heatbreak (bimetal),
Heatbreak (met koelpasta op het lange deel) helemaal in de heatsink geschroefd, aan de juiste kant
De nozzle helemaal in heaterblock, halve slag teruggedraaid
Heatbreak in heaterblock tot tegen de Nozzle, klein tikje aangedraaid
Minuutje op 295°C
Nozzle met torque 2.5 N aangehaald
Afkoelen, weer naar 295°C, nogmaals 2.5N.
Resultaat: geen grote blobs, maar probleem blijft.
Enig idee wat het kan zijn?
Hi, de heatbreak moet eigenlijk tegen de nozzle aanzitten. Deze 2 drukken in de heaterblock tegenelkaar aan. Daarom zit de heatbreak, of eigenlijk de heatsink heel kort op de heaterblock. En bij de nozzle moet er een spleetje zitten tussen de nut gedeelte en de onderkant van de heaterblock
