U have to rewind motor winding with 60 hz details.

Sir what are you telling that is wrong we are working on this type motors. actually you are locked drum shaft that is hold the stator .when we start the motor that time rotor rotates the gear that gare will rotates the drum

Sir at the end of video I have locked rotor n demonstrated how it work. Same as u said above.
