My mind can’t comprehend how you come back from the loss of a child. Much respect to Joe, his physical strength and more importantly his mental strength.

I met Joe when I live streamed the USS Strongman Nationals. His collars are amazing and stood the test of the event-always worked great. He is such a well spoken and humble gentleman. Thank you for this great content.

Been following Joe Mackey for quite some time. Being the first IFBB pro to conventional Deadlift over 900lbs Raw. Also saw videos of him doing Dumbbell Bench Press with the 150s for 25 reps. Something along the lines. Hearing him talk he seems respectful and humble. Great to see. Was a good listen

Such a good guest ive alway been intrigued by this guy. Huge strong and lean. Would be a monster if he peaked for full power. But i love body building too so i understand. Deadlift is actually the only life i never got injured on knock on wood. I hurt myself benching the most. And squat only twice but i couldnt lift for month's so those where my worse injuries

I’d really like to hear somebody address recovery as it pertains to the aging lifter. It gets to a point where you can’t eat 6,000 calories a day and go 100% all the time.
