Yep,the water dye method hasn't worked for me either and as I'm watching your tutorial,my lace front is sitting on the counter with black dye on it, afterwards I'll soak it in acv, thank you so much for your informative and educational video
@@tuesdaysbeautybar1039 Hi,lol, it's funny that you've responded just as I'm getting back on TH-cam, actually it's worked for sure but since I'm not satisfied with the color results on the crown of my lace front,I've put more dye on her and she's back in the bowl
If I bleached the knots first then dyed it jet black and it made the lace black, if I do this method will I have to bleach the knots again or will it bring it back to before? Do I need to re bleach knots again?
It does take some of the color away from the wig but you can always go back in and add color to the area where it's kind of faded away a little I make it work.
It only remove dye from your lace if you dye your wig and accidentally get dye on the lace it will remove that dye off the lace and return it to its natural color
It's the "couple of drops" followed by the pour for meeee😂😂😂😂😂 gosh I love we black folks.
Thank you!
That’s my definition of “a couple ah drops” too😭😭😭😭

It works for all my human hair wigs.
Does it work for permanent hair dye
Thank u!!!!!
Thank you soooo much omg it worked !! And I was so scared to do this because I thought the hair dye will come out from the hair too but it didn’t
Your welcome
I was wondering about that .. so the dye will only come off the lace & not the hair?
@@kiyannamckever1655 that’s my question as well
THANK YOU
Worked well for me🦄💥😇
Good!
Thank you so much!!!!
Your welcome come!
Hi! I was wondering how long I should leave the lace in the mixture?
Depends on how severe it is! Use your own judgment!
If I bleached the knots first then dyed it jet black and it made the lace black, if I do this method will I have to bleach the knots again or will it bring it back to before? Do I need to re bleach knots again?
I would dye it first then bleach the knots!
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Will this strip the colour from my wig if it touches it, as I toned a blonde and the lace is PURPLE
It took some of my color out of my unit that l put on it.
Thank you so much, it worked
Your welcome
Can I use any brand of Apple Cider Vinegar?
Yes
Will this work on synthetic? I collided with fabric dye 😭
I'm not sure I haven't tested that out yet but you can try it won't hurt to see. Good luck
Tuesday's Beauty Bar I was just able to disguise it with foundation, it was just light pink 😊
So this doesn’t remove color from the wig itself? Only the lace ?
Just did it, it took a bit of colour off my roots
It does take some of the color away from the wig but you can always go back in and add color to the area where it's kind of faded away a little I make it work.
Will Apple cider remove color from wig? Will I have to dye again???
It removes hair dye from the lace .lt will not remove color from wig.
@@tuesdaysbeautybar1039 🤭 amazing tip
can do this for synthetic wig?
Yes you can!
it did not worked out
Try repeating the process perhaps!
Does this work for wigs that are too brown?
This is to remove dye from your lace on the lace unit
Sorry, I meant to say lace that is too dark for your skin tone.
It only remove dye from your lace if you dye your wig and accidentally get dye on the lace it will remove that dye off the lace and return it to its natural color
I tried and it took off the coloration of the hair too😥😭
I was wondering will the color off the hair
It took the cover off of mine just a little bit not much it wasn't that noticeable but I was really glad that it took that black dye off of my lace
i did this and it didnt take anything out
I'm not understanding you need to repeat the steps. Good luck
