Funny how almost anything floating will attract dolphin. I've heard of guys off the NC coast tossing a styrofoam cooler lid into the water to act as a dolphin magnet. Not sure I believe that story but after seeing those bulls pulled out around that wooden pallet it makes me wonder. Mahi-mahi inhabit subtropical and tropical waters worldwide. The big season here in Bali is around September through November depending on the start of the rainy season. There's another expat American here who's big into spearfishing. He built a fish attracting raft out of bamboo lashed together and anchored it out in the ocean. Guys a total maniac.
