Hello Carl, So beautiful Cuenca. The beauty is inside the people and outside in the streets. 01:10 peruvian hercampuri is a magical natural medicine. It is antioxidant + anti-diabetes + anti-cholesterol. Best plants for diabetes, one of the most common sickness nowadays. Another magical plant is maca, contains a lot of nutrient for our body. In Lima and in most part of Peru we can drink "maca con quinoa" . Gracias por leer.
Hello David, I completely agree. Cuenca’s beauty truly shines through its people and its streets. Thanks for sharing about Peruvian hercampuri and maca! It’s amazing how nature provides us with such powerful remedies. I actually drink hercampuri periodically. They even sell it here in Vilcabamba. Maca is an excellent plant, and its benefits, including being a natural aphrodisiac, are impressive. It’s really cool to see such incredible herbs coming out of Peru. Thanks again for your insight and for watching the video. ¡Gracias por compartir!
I have much respect for all the security workers in Cuenca.I always fill protected. But double respect for the women who stood up for promotion of Ecuador. I love that Mercado. They all have so much pride in the work they do. A particularly great video. You will never be bored anywhere in El Centro. Gracias
Thank you for your kind words! Cuenca is such a vibrant city, and the dedication of the security workers and the pride of the locals truly make it a special place. We're glad you enjoyed the video and appreciate your support. El Centro really does have so much to offer! Gracias for watching and for your thoughtful comment.
I lived my first few years in Ecuador in Cuenca. Great city. I bought a lot of tuna in that market....at $2.50 a pound. Only problem for me was the temperature, lower than I'd prefer. In southern Ecuador I'm reminded that its not the temp, its the humidity, that makes for comfort. Visit Cuenca and have a sweater and wind breaker whatever the season. Pack good walking shoes, broken in and comfortable. Great bus service and now a train ..but it is still a walking city. Its called the city of five rivers and one hundred churches. Be sure to spend time in Cuenca on your "look see" tour of Ecuador.
Thanks for sharing your experience, Glen! Cuenca truly is a beautiful city with so much to offer, from its amazing markets to its rich history. We agree that the temperature can be a bit cooler, but the charm of the city and its walkability make it worthwhile. Your tips are spot on. Good shoes and a sweater are essentials! Cuenca is a must-visit for anyone exploring Ecuador, especially with its stunning rivers and churches. Thanks again for your comment!
Thanks, Brian! We'd love to have you and the family visit us! It would be great to catch up and meet the whole crew. Just let us know when you're planning to come, and we'll make sure everything is ready. Hope to see you all soon!
My dad would give us a small shot of brandy with a raw egg once in a while when I was 10! You were true Maverick Arnold Swartzanneger drinks 3-4 raw eggs with the egg shells in his morning smoothie!
Hi there! I need to sell my property located in Rio Negro / Ecuador, near Baños de Agua Santa but don't want to do it through real state agents, we want to deal directly with the buyer. We own this beautiful cabins with river view. Any of you happen to know how can I advertise them? I urgently need to sell it. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.
