Why does no one put the hood bag behind the seats? My S1 has a cargo net & stores the hood/cant rails etc neatly behind the seats, with still more space for other other bits.
There's no such space or option in the S2, not if you need the seats all the way back like I do. There were some interesting difference between the S1 & S2. Thanks for watching!
So that’s why we didn’t see the touring video I was looking forward to. Hope the wrist has healed in the meantime and you eventually get the trip done.
@@Life411 I’m a month late due to doing a bit of travelling in Europe with my family so haven’t been doing much of the You Tube/social media thing recently.
Elise soft top goes behind the seats just fine unless you have aggressive bucket seats or a harness bar or a subwoofer. Slide seat forward, stick the top on the shekf behind, put the seat wherever you need, it does not limit how far back a standard seat goes. There also are better aftermarket cupholders.
@@Life411 never rolled back in pdk borsches that I've driven, but still haven't driven a 4c after owning an Elise for four or five years (not anymore)🙃 so it doesn't hold and creep without the gas pedal? Even if it doesn't, it's not like you have a clutch and can't have your feet on the brake and gas at the same time anyway. Some hill assists in manual cars and motorcycles are pretty annoying since they are poorly tuned and make you stall unless you launch or slip the clutch a lot because they hold the brakes for too long, so if you start moving in a more gentle way, you embarrassingly stall in a second or two.
Quick google search yielded "Yes, Porsche models with PDK (Porsche Doppelkupplung) transmission do have Hill Assist, also known as Hill Hold or Drive-Off Assistant." I don't know what you consider a hill, but here in central NC we have a lot of very steep hills right at intersections. No non-auto car is going to creep forward without giving it gas on these hills. My Alfa 4C with its DCT would not either. Fortunately, none of the cars I've driven with Hill Assist have an annoying one...they've all worked great and otherwise not interfered with my enjoyment of the cars.
Such a helpful video, thank you mate.
My pleasure! Thanks for watching!
Love your videos!
Glad you like them! Hope you will share them with friends and family. Have a great day!

Yup, the wrist is feeling better, but not 100% yet, but I'm looking for windows for a fun drive. Thanks for watching!

Whaaat, enjoying life and spending time with family instead of watching videos? 😉 Sounds like you've been having some fun!
Never had any cars like those, mostly old muscle cars. Just sold my 1970 plymouth duster 340 a few weeks ago😢
That's a sharp looking car! Sorry you had to part with it. Thanks for watching.

Thanks for watching and thanks for the tips. I've never tried storing the soft top behind the seats.
