Thanks. It is a very good lecture. But, all Group II hormones do not activate G proteins. G protein coupled receptors activates adenylate cyclase and phospholipase pathways. It does not activates cGMP and PI3 kinase pathway.

Sir, in group 1 harmone GDP is converted into GTP and you told reverse. Plz confirm.
In group 1 there is no GDP
As in group 2 ,as alpha detached from beta and gama that GDP became gtp
