I found something from MDT wrong. I just got my Patriot LR Tactical and with it came an information card from MDT explaining how to raise and lower the Cheek Riser. The arrows on the card showed that to unlock the Cheek Riser you turn the knob clockwise and lock counterclockwise. This is wrong, it is the opposite, clockwise for lock and counterclockwise to unlock. I informed MDT customer service of this error and Mossberg too. It is hard to believe that I am the first to complain about this. The knob was almost frozen andI had to use pliers to turn the knob. That is when I discovery that MDT info card was wrong. I ended up turning the knob in and out many times and it loosen up finally. Not for sure why it was stuck in the first place. MDT said if anything broke when trying to unstick the know they would send me that parts. The knob is acting correctly as most people know that clockwise is normal screwing in a bolt and or a nut. The error was with the graphic designer of the info card. Must have flipped the image in the software. Did you find with your Patriot LR Tactical rifles that the Cheek Riser knob was very hard to turn at first?
Come on dude… 300 yards… 6.5 PRC… baby shots ! Let’s see 700+ yards. In 1974 I hit every target with a M 16 and peep hole rear, post front site… 400 yards all day long. Get some real distance shots. Nice rifle. 300 yards is like driving a Ferrari in stop and go traffic ! You can do better.
Looks like my MDT Fieldstock I have on my Ruger American Predator. Great stock btw with the 10 rounder AICS mags.

What size of scope rings are you using with the scope?
