  • This is Harare, Zimbabwe. Africa you don't See on TV.Harare is the capital of Zimbabwe. it has a population of about 1.7 million people. It was formerly called Salisbury until 1982. It is also the most populous city in Zimbabwe.
We have all heard a lot of things about Zimbabwe. Surprisingly, a lot of people still ask me if Zimbabweans go to buy bread with money full on wheelbarrows. Well today I shall be showing you what Zimbabwe CBD really looks like. Let's see if we shall spot money on wheelbarrows.
One thing you should have noticed by now is that there's no motorbikes here. Apparently motorbikes or bodaboda or okada are not allowed as a means of public transport. I think this is really nice and reduces chaos in the city.

It went thru hardships but is quickly reviving itself. Am sure City Council will iron out few things like road maintenance soon.

Most of this city was built by whites. Fact !! do your home work. Zimbabwe only attained independence in 1980 -81.. and most of the new buildings constructed after independence were designed by white architects . Fact

Wow nice city and well planned. Some streets are even better planed than here in Nairobi. But the problem is there are no people in the city like us here in Nairobi where each street is full of people doing business.

Zim is amaizing i mean their capital is more pretty than kenya, the mistake we made as Kenya is accepting bodaboda as a means of transport ,big mistake

Zimbabwe is beautiful, everyone going about their business, and it’s not as busy as Nairobi. i notice there are no motorbikes. People really thinks people carry money in wheel barrows?? How silly.

Waooo. Zimbabwe is real beautiful. As Africans we have to learn how to filter the news from western medias, they have lied to us a lot.
Thanks to our african brothers and sisters who explore our continent and show us reality.
Westerners never say simething good of Africa. We have to narratw our own story as our Sista Tigress and others are doing.
    Kudos my sista.
