Big Dead Heat fan here, this was a really well-made video.
It’s a shame a lot of the enhancements found in Maximum Heat (namely the face frames, dynamic VFX effects, and Versus Stars/Colored Backgrounds) never made its way over to later releases of the original.

so Dead Heat (USA) had C6 Corvette ZR1, Viper SRT10, Ford GT, & Mustang GT (S197) while Maximum Heat (JPN) had Savanna RX7 (FC3S), RX8 (SE3P), Roadster (NCEC), & Impreza WRX STi Hatchback (GRB) instead. And i notice Maximum Heat had no options to choose between AT & MT transmissions is it true? CMIIW

now that Dead Heat had at least 2 Fords (Ford GT & Mustang GT) i wonder why we haven't receive any Ford cars in Wangan Maxi games since those 2 could easily fit Shuto highway racing that Wangan Maxi is known for (and their model is on par with MT4 standard minus the glowing centerpiece dashboard & tachs)

​@@kenjamago3977 Funny thing is that Drift Spirits have both Ford GT and several Mustang models, and that game reuses assets from WMMT games.

@@kenjamago3977I think NAMCO just has to get the license from Ford to bring those cars over into Maximum Tune. I could see it happening with MT7, whenever that gets released. It’d be really easy to port those cars over to that game.

@@artofajax7199 DRSP also has the Focus RS Mk. 3, maybe an Escort Cossie would be a nice addition to MT7 to compliment it.

When you play Maximum Heat with your profile loaded,do you keep with 3 nitros?If so,it's halfway combinations to US/EU version…Now I got to notice the distinctions,I mean,voice and some things I know,but the menu is way different

In Maximum Heat you'll always have 3 nitrous, regardless of having a profile saved or not.

I still find it so funny how Fords appear in Dead Heat AND Drift Spirits but not in Maximum Tune.

Tbh the 3d glasses thingy doesn't really make the game look 3d

3D glasses works like a VR,you just feel like you're more inside the game even in 3rd person
