For any musicians out there, you say words without the small tsu with flow and the words with the small tsu in a staccato way that creates a short pause before the next syllable. That's an easy way to think about it
Nice this is really what I needed I could read Katakana and hiragana already but now I’ll be able to to read everything all together (except for kanji for now) 👍 thanks

This is somewhat similar to Cantonese in which the vowel sound is extended and changes the meaning of the word. Thank you for this information.

@@TOMOsensei i have a question is there a L in japanese like li or lo
Does it matter when extending the o sound. If I use u or o?
Can you tell me an example?

どういたしまして! 😄コメント ありがとうございます
Is there a video like this but for katakana?
You can just apply the same rule for Katakana, cause each Katakana characters has exactly the same sound as Hiragana.
@@TOMOsensei Thank you for your reply! I'm looking forward to your next videos (*≧ω≦*) どうもありがとうございます!

The smallっ in ざっし makes double consonants sound, so you should pronounce it "zasshi" with 3 beats. Hope this helps!😃
