    • @mnn1265
      @mnn1265 หลายเดือนก่อน +17

      The laws are too weak and the prisons too full to stop people from doing this kind of thing. There needs to be a big change in the way the law handles retail theft rings and should be prosecuted as RICO racketeering cases... as they are actually organized crime.

    • @RudeAwakening1971
      @RudeAwakening1971 หลายเดือนก่อน +18

      But according to AOC, RICO act isn’t a crime but a category. 🤣

    • @JeremeyHowlett
      @JeremeyHowlett หลายเดือนก่อน

      The problem is that these retail theft gangs are organized by law enforcement and the Department of Defense gangs. Law enforcement, the Department of defense, and intelligence communities have been keeping track of every single persons movements in this country since cell phones started being used widespread. They have their people in all stores and when they are suspicious of someone they have their spies working in the stores go and look at your shopping cart to see what your buying. They enter this information into their database. People need to realize it is impossible to do crimes in this country unless your being helped by law enforcement, intelligence communities and the Department of Defense. Other countries don’t have these problems because they don’t have large police forces. Of course these gangs have always existed but with all the cameras, gps tracking, it has only made the gangs stronger . You expect these people to have integrity but greed always overtakes them.

    I thought kidnapping would be a federal crime.

    • @terry_willis
      @terry_willis หลายเดือนก่อน +12

      Why? It's no different than burglary, murder, drunk driving. Actually most federal crimes are not valid because they are unconstitutional - i.e. unless something is authorized by the Constitution, the federal gov't has not authority to pass that law. But we have a corrupt gov't and they "get away with murder".

      You call that “living up life”. I’m not sure what living up life means but if that’s it than I would not call that even close to better than being poor. I mean, they’re in jail facing serious charges. Free and poor is infinitely better than that. 🫠
