    11:17, transparently and hilariously poor thinking. If only there were a way of perpetually securing more capital than you currently need so that you don't have to perpetually divide and subdivide.
    13:41, a void this large with no trees or any type of greenery is hell.

    The "Social Palace" actually seems to have worked unlike other attempts at Utopian housing. Godin did not seem to fear including beauty with utility. Wonder if that made a difference.
