Why Government is not making 79A Redevelopment guidelines mandatory? Is builder lobby preventing to mane 79A mandatory?
Tks Madam for bringing Our Society's case in the public domain. I the Secretary of this Society namely KANCHAN VILLA CHS, Goraswadi, Malad West. We are going file a separate petition in the above Arbitration case to recover the cost owing to the reduction in the offer from the initial offer which roughly comes to Rs 30 lakhs for each member due to the non cooperation of the dissident members. Tks so much for highlighting the facts in the Hon'ble High Court, Mumbai. 👍🙏🙏🙏🙏

Builder and managing committee taking advantage of this, in my society mc has selected builder who has not done one completed project, n not following any rules
If they are really doing wrong you can point it out and contest
Don't you think Gov. has made law for Builder not for common man.
No. Builder has nothing to do with section 79 (a). Selected builder works according to DA clauses.
Please give details of the case to get the copies of the judgement.
