Same experience.. don't buy agriculture more than 15 lakh per acre even next to high way... Before buying any agricultural land calculate return of Investment and labour cost and hardwork... For locals they will say 5-6 lakh per acre but when someone come to buy agriculture land from Bangalore they will say 50-60 lakh per acre and sometimes 1 crore per acre... Even we bought 1 acre land cost around 60 lakh and and spent around 20lakh but still no return of investment and total loss.. atleast you can invest in FD or shares you will get better returns
