- Hello friends,
in this video i show you how to install the pas sensor of your ebike!
I just bought an ebike kit so from now on i will
also make videos for e bike and also how to built and fix your bicycle.
I own 4 bicycles the 3 of them i built from buying them in parts frame,rims etc.

You've installed the sensor component the wrong way round... Sensor always faces out

Is it reverse (backward) pedalling sensor?
Thank you very much for asking me that question because somewhere i read that the sensor can't be placed from that side i am installing on this video!
The magnetic plate has arrows on each side in different directions to mark the correct side to mount it according to the magnetic poles.
And to end completely without misunderstanding
This sensor is just a magnetic switch each time a magnet passes by on front of it makes it open and close giving an electric signal to the circuit which regulates the motor.
And the signal is the open and close of the magnetic switch.
The signal is given without exception if it is front moving back moving up or down the electronics work that way!

I really don't know if in Brasil is possible to have acces to aliexpress,amazon,bangood these sites are for sure sellers of e-bike kits and spare parts and there you can order this sensor or you can make one is very easy i have a video in my channel!

Really i have so many tools more needed to equip 2 repair centers but in that case i was very traditional!
Will throttle work if you just leave this pedal assist uninstalled?
Well in my case yes!
I bought a kit from Aliexpress and you have three choices 1) pedal assist 2) throttle and 3) both of theme.
So if i choose the second the assist sensor is ignored.
I suppose something like that will be in issue and to the other control systems!
@@techno-diathesivagelisilio940please help me, I replaced pedal assistant sensor with a throttle on my ebike and it not working. How do I fix the issue.

What adhesive did you stick it with? And is it solid?
Hot melt glue which you place with a glue gun.

Hello,maybe i was in hurry when i respond to your question then i had in the buck of my head an answer which is very helpfull!
My first glue gun was not so powerful so if you did not place it immediately the part was not so good glued!
Then i bought a professional glue gun very powerfool (it fits like cement) very strong so you try with a good professional glue gun and you will see a very different result!

I saw there got 2 types 8 magnet, another type 12 magnet.....8 magnet or 12 magnet which will work better???
The more magnets are for sure.more accurate!
