Nothing as beautiful as a song coming from the heart for the soul❤

The song was originally written by Paul Simon in 1964 and recorded by Simon and Garfunkel in 1965. It was more of a folksong. David Draiman of Disturbed wanted to do a version of what he envisioned Simon meant the song to reflect - the loss of the ability to communicate with one another. Disturbed recorded this in 2015 and did it live on Conan in 2016. Paul Simon heard the live version and contacted Draiman and said this is how the song was meant to be sung and said it was now Disturbed’s. He even put a link to it on his own website and has talked about in interviews. Most covers done since 2015, including Pentatonix, are covers of Disturbed’s version and not the original.

You reacted to this song by Pentatonix 6 or 7 days ago. They sound so different but equally beautiful. Thanks for your reaction. You seem to like beautiful moving songs. Listen to Barbra Streisands song Evergreen. She has one of the best voices of all time.
