I have the XMS-1, I like it because it offers a lot of protections but it's not good for walking. I am looking something like good enough for riding but good for walking as-well. So... I wonder if the Faster-3 is what I'm looking for???
These are good for walking.
I bought a SMX-1R and canceled it, as I was looking for something lighter and able to walk smoothly off the motorcycle. The SMX -1R model is nothing more a shortened track boot and it remains very rigid and hard, not a good boot for walking nor long enough to protect. I think you're really looking for the faster 3, just like me.
Hi. Loved the video. Is the regular Faster 3 at least water resistant? I don't have an option to buy the Drystar here in my area.
Nope, I have those pairs light rain is ok but not normal or heavy rain

Does this shoe/boot give height?
The sole is pretty standard so it will give as much height as regular shoes.
