What size boxes do you use to ship. I mostly use 8x6x5 but some flatbrim hats don't fit.
8"x8"x8" or 10"x8"x6"
I use 8x8x4 for new era and high crown truckers and 8x6x4 for dad hats/casual hats.

Yes never had a problem. Most hats weigh around 7 oz with a box. Never had them charge me for being over on a hat.

Where are sourcing your hats from? I haven't had great luck with sourcing hats.
Ebay, Goodwill, Garage sales and eventually I bought so many the hats start finding you.
